Perfect home away from home

This home was the perfect home away from home for us while we were visiting our brother in Ft Mohave. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning, coffee outside and hosting dinner. Clean home with everything we needed. Quiet and relaxing. We would stay here again when visiting the area.

Second time here

This is the second time my wife and I stayed here each time. It has been such a pleasure with the Jacuzzi and being close to everything. This is a great spot for two nights or a whole week. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Perfect for family with many conveniences!

This rental met all of our needs and then some. The location was in a lovely, quiet residential neighborhood, that was still provided easy access to many local amenities. The owners had such a thoughtful and detailed binder laid out with instructions and even restaurant recommendations. Be sure to make time to use the hot tub, as the ambiance out there is so relaxing. We will absolutely remember this gem for our next family visit!

Great location, spacious and well stocked home. We loved the spa, although it took much longer to heat up than the binder promised, which I worried was using too much energy for the owners. The kitchen drawers and cabinets were dirty so we had to clean some dishes before using but no biggie. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner there and it was great! I would suggest replacing the master bed mattress, it was like sleeping in a marshmallow taco. The carpets also probably need replacing due to wear. All that said, the bunk beds are great and each room has its own Roku and tv, the couch is awesome for movie nights, and the shower was SO good. I did not want to get out!

Beautiful house. Beautiful location.

Everything was great. Got early check in and late check out. The only set back was the jacuzzi only worked day 1. Wasn't able to get fixed until the morning we checked out.other than that, will definitely rent again.

Birthday weekend

Our trip started off not quiet what we wanted. The spa wasn’t working and getting a hold of the property management to let them know it wasn’t working was a job in itself. We actually ended up talking to the owner of the house who then was able to get the pool man over to the house and we had the spa working on the 3 night. The area is very quiet and we have been there 3times. But we will definitely go back.

Not great but dealable

Rubber sheets, burnt out light bulbs, coffee and all supplies were hidden it was like a treasure hunt. Waterfall on hot tub did not work till 3rd day. No hot water for showers appeared water heaterbwas turned on low after investigation

Hi Rebecca, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We apologize for the treasure hunt! We've had some housekeeping team turnover recently and the new team had been putting things away in different spots. - We've since had a meeting with the team and addressed these issues. We replaced the baskets that contained the plastic sheet coverings that we use on the hideaway mattresses and replaced the coffee supplies on the counter. - The waterfall is working properly. The switch to turn it on is in the electrical box but we're working on a better solution for these controls. - The hot water was fine but we learned that the "hot" and "cold" settings on the faucet had been swapped. Sorry for this confusion - this has since been resolved! - Thank you for your comments. We've had the property for less than a year and are still learning.

Family vacation

The house was clean. Nice size. This means a lot to me. The hot tub was not hot, luke warm or cold. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO’s in 20 yrs. Only 4 hangers in one closet. A few other minor things, you can have it all. We would like a partial refund for hot tub not working. The hot tub is why we rented the house. No response from VRBO, so far. The owner said to contact them. Linda

Bad Day

Property was dirty hot tub was to dirty to get into green stained. Beds were like sleeping on sand bags covered in plastic house was not clean at all would not stay again waste off money

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -The home was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the day before your arrival, including mopping and vacuuming. Also, the beds are all brand new -With regards to the hot tub, we have a company that comes out every week to clean it. Also, we visit the property every few months to maintain the hot tub as well. We promptly responded and went to generous measures to make things right and did our best to address your concerns right away -We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope you choose to stay with us again We are new homeowners and appreciate the feedback!

Excellent home owned by great people

This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. The hot tub is just steps away from the back door. The waterfalls in the hot tub are so relaxing and the jets are great. (Not all hot tubs are created equal.) The mater bedroom and en suite bathroom are on one side of the house, and the other two bedrooms are on the other side sharing a second bathroom. This trip was only hubby and me, but when we bring kids and grandkids, this is the perfect set-up for us. Open concept living and dining with fire place felt spacious and comfortable. We loved the house and property. Security cameras on the outside of the house made me feel safe while my husband had things to take care of and left me by myself. I felt the placement gave us security without invading our privacy. I can not say enough about the owners and the property manager. Daffy takes care of any needs you may have during your stay. She is so sweet and helpful. I would have her manage my own property of I had a home in the area. The owners are also very kind and friendly. We did have a small issue that was out of their control, and they were more than fair and accommodating, making us feel like we really mattered to them. We were grateful for the incredible service. When we come back to the area to visit our elderly parents, we will check their properties before looking anywhere else. . I highly recommend this property.

Very nice, comfortable home

This is a very roomy and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. We had a few simple glitches upon arrival (totally caused by me) and they were taken care of very personally and immediately. The furniture was comfortable and we liked having Netflix and cable news channels. ,We really appreciated the ice maker and used the hot tub every day. The only improvement I could imagine would be some more comfortable outside seating and maybe a place to eat outdoors.
