Property was very nice and also clean. The condo was quiet and beds were very comfortable. Some floor coverings would be nice to warm it up a bit but understand it is a beach condo and that may not be appropriate. The floors were very clean which was appreciated. The master shower had three separate containers for what I assume were for soaps and shampoo but they were empty. I imagine if I called for them to be filled the management would have taken care of it. They were responsive to emails within a few hours. The 2nd bath did have soap, shampoo and conditioner which we needed so just used that one to shower. The kitchen was very well equipped and soap was provided for the full size washer. We had a small dog and there is a nice path along A1A to walk your pet. A dog specific area is also on the property when needed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, easy parking and access. There were just a few little things we would have liked to have but generally, a really a nice condo at a reasonable price!!!Would stay again!

Great Location!

We stay in the area at least once a year. This is the best beach stay we’ve experienced. We could walk right out our first floor sliding glass doors to the beach steps and pool. Loved everything!

Great Condo steps from the beach!

Such a cute little condo. It was tidy and had everything we needed. It is directly across from the beach access gate, so we walked directly out to the sand most mornings. My only complaint is that the beds are very firm. It was hard to get comfortable, as someone who prefers a softer mattress. The beach wasn’t crowded at all and it is super family friendly. If you’re looking for a quiet beach trip, this is a perfect place to stay.

Pontos positivos: Check-in e comunicação
We really enjoyed our stay at Satellite Beach at the property. Being so close to the pool and beach was a dream. This property in particular was lower priced than others due to it being ground level and we could enter/leave the pool area through our patio which was a dream with children. However, there were things that need improvement. For example, it wasn't as clean as we would have liked as we found hair ALL over our apartment and stuck to the walls of the shower, stains over the floors that looked like dried sand that couldn't be cleaned off, and while this property was renovated- it was renovated to cut corners as much as possible which was frustrating. The furniture was old and super uncomfortable, the toilets were tiny and round (not elongated) and the shower curtains were flimsy and barely covered the spray of water which meant the floors were always soaked when we showered. For a property that charges premium pricing I felt like should live up to the premium expectation, and this place did NOT.

Would love to give 5 stars but we've been coming to PBC since 1988 and the level of service to the property grounds is horrendous. You may need a new onsite property manager.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and being a loyal guest at Paradise Beach Club since 1988! We're sorry this stay didn't meet your expectations regarding the building grounds. The building was recently painted and the Condominium Association continues to make updates to keep the property looking its best. We appreciate your input and hope to welcome you back soon!

Beach & Ocean just 10 steps away

Property matched the online listing exactly, very clean, modern and great for a family of 5. Location is fantastic, complex is decent, pool was better than we expected, and beach is just 10 steps from the back patio. Only negative is the Pool equipment storage unit is close to beach-side bedroom window. It was a bit noisy some nights and limited us cracking the windows at night and listening to the ocean as planned. But that is minor. All other aspects were great. Good communication before, during and after stay by property owner. Parking was good, check in/out was smooth. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

Amazing

We had the best vacation. We picked this location because we were going to spend a couple days at Disney but I still wanted a beach vacation. The drive to Orlando was a very easy drive. And we were so close to Cocoa Beach and all the attractions there but still had all the perks of a quiet and not so busy beach which we love. I knew by the pics online this condo was going to be beautiful with breathtaking views but was still blown away when we walked through the doors. The condo was beautiful, spacious and super clean. We had absolutely everything we needed. We don’t usually book ground floor because the views aren’t great but not this condo the views of the beach and the pool were amazing. Our children are 17, 15 and 7 and they could literally walk right out of the huge back sliding doors and be on the beach or in the pool in just a few steps! And the best part was we could either go with them or watch them from our patio!!! The company that manages this property was great. Taylor checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were having a great stay. We were leaving for lunch one day and our door handle wouldn’t latch and the maintenance man was right on site and literally had it fixed within minutes. We were not inconvenienced by it one little bit. Myself and my family can not say enough great things about this condo and the people who run it. We will definitely book here again!! Thank you so much!!!!

Nice location but need to tighten up some things

First , I don't when rules are not working on both sides. For example, is not before 3pm. However, the unit was not ready at 3pm. It was still being cleaned. The manager has not offered a credit for not delivering on readiness of the property. The cleaning was rushed and therefore was not thorough. There was also cracked glasses in the kitchen and drainage issues where we need to call for maintenance. The manager was responsive when contacted. Finally, there were young kids running around the property knocking on doors and making noise. Condos that are primary rental properties make me nervous. The location was right on the beach so that was very convenience.
