Situated behind the main building, Broughton Street House, the carriage house is a unique and charming jumping-off point for the best Savannah adventures.

About the Property
Situated in the heart of one of the largest historic districts in the U.S., Broughton Street Carriage House is an ideal home base for exploring Savannah and everything it has to offer. Featuring one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, one full bathroom and a sleeper sofa, the property comfortably accommodates up to four guests. A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space gives you the flexibility you need to make the most of your stay. There's also a private garage parking space, so you don't have to worry about finding parking. This flexible arrangement allows you to easily enjoy quick day trips to nearby destinations like Tybee Island. The garage is accessed via the alleyway, and larger vehicles may find it difficult to make the turn into the space. Mid-size and smaller cars are recommended for easier access.

Guests of Broughton Street Carriage House enjoy access to the heated, resort-style swimming pool located at 19 Silver Avenue on Tybee Island. From March 1st through October 31st, the pool is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. From November 1st through February 28th, the pool is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets
This property happily welcomes your furry travel companions! Guests may bring 1 dog, with a weight limit of 50 lbs.​​​​​​​ Pets must be added to your reservation at the time of booking, and a non refundable $130 pet fee will apply.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.
