A large Gas grill is just outside through the kitchen in its own covered portico, and there are stairs leading to the pool from there.
Just off the living room you will find a half guest bath and down a short hallway is the second king bedroom and adjacent queen bedroom each with ensuite baths and a pool view from their own private decks.
A huge King master bedroom is on the third level boasting a high tray ceiling, elegant ensuite bath with glass enclosed walk in shower and large multi showerhead, double sinks, 65" TV and a covered terrace with delightful Gulf views. A perfect place for morning coffee or head across to the beach for a leisurely morning walk. The other bedrooms are a queen with ensuite bath, a queen and twin with ensuite bath and a twin over twin bunk bed and single twin bed also with ensuite bath.
The garage is available to guests and this first level has air hockey and foosball games, lots of beach gear, a refrigerator and opens directly out to the pool. The stunning pool area has a 3 story pool cage and outdoor firepit., and spillover spa.

A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.
DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THIS HOME.
You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
