At this resort, you'll enjoy access to a handful of amenities, such as a game room and even your own boat slip if you desire (HOA fees and registration apply).

The condo itself has a warm atmosphere with wood ceilings and soft carpeted floors, complemented by thoughtful decor throughout. Gather an assortment of furniture in the living room and look out the windows at the tranquil lake. This room is great for conversations or relaxing in front of the TV, which is equipped with cable, a DVD player, and a VCR. WiFi is available for all your browsing needs.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Dock details: All boats, trailers & personal watercraft on Bay Point property must be registered with the Bay Point Homeowners Association before launching. Boat slips will be assigned upon completing the registration. Please use only the boat slip assigned to you. All boats & personal watercraft must be secured in a boat slip at night. For safety no boats or watercraft are allowed to be left overnight tied to the day docks for any reason. All boats & watercraft must be secured for the night in the assigned boat slip.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours.
