Beautiful Adirondack Lodge just 15 Minutes from Gore Mt ski area & Lake George

Our comfortable spacious Lodge is built in the style of an authentic Adirondack lodge. From the beautiful stone fireplace in the "Great Room", to the Adirondack styled cedar wood furniture throughout, we invite you to indulge yourself in total relaxation and comfort of the North Country. Clean. comfortable and relaxing.

The Glen Lodge features 8 guest rooms that are decorated with beautiful cedar log furniture and country quilts. Each room has a private bath and include linens. Six of our guest rooms have one queen bed and two rooms offer two twin beds. All of our rooms are double occupancy only except for two with a pullout twin bed available to accommodate a child. Our commercial kitchen makes cooking and cleaning up afterwards a quick and easy job for your group. Our dining room comfortably sits 16 people and once you sit in the "Great Room" in front of beautiful fire you may never want to leave. We also have a sauna for you to relax in after a day on the slopes. Rental of The Glen Lodge includes all guest areas of the B&B including the commercial kitchen, all for the exclusive use of your group.

The Glen Lodge is located along the bank of the Hudson River at The Glen - only 15 minutes from great downhill skiing at nearby Gore Mt Ski Area and 1.5 hours from Whiteface Ski Area and 30 minutes from West Mountain Ski Area. Just 15 minutes from miles of cross-country skiing trails, the Village of Lake George and endless hiking trails of the Adirondack Mountains. Upstate New York offers a family friendly vacation destination with something for everyone.

Spacious Lodge

The Glen Lodge was in a very convenient location to attend a nearby wedding at the Promise Gardens. The lodge was very spacious for our family to stay, relax and enjoy time together. We found it had plenty of seating and areas to relax and dine for our large family. It was great that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The owner was helpful and very quick to respond to our questions.

Beautiful home

My friends and I had a great time at Glen’s house. The house was beautiful. Everything was clean and well kept. We spent a relaxing few days in Lake George.

Ski Trip

Stayed here for a ski trip with a couple other families, the space worked great for our group. The rooms were clean, the dining room had enough seating for our party of 4 families, and the great room was spacious yet felt cozy.The heat worked great even on a frigid night(3F overnight). Doug, the host, was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again if booking house in the area.

Glen Lodge

The Lodge was very nice, well appointed, clean and spacious. We felt very comfortable and it was easy to relax there between activities. There is a game room filled with games, a nice fire pit area with plenty of firewood, and the porches were large and inviting. Everything we needed to make the most of the stay was provided. We will definitely look to rent here again if we are vacationing in the area.

Warrensburg Lodge

We had a wonderful time just relaxing at the house as the weather was not great for outdoor activities. Everything was exceptional, except there is a misprint in the amount of beds in the rooms. One of the rooms states there are three queen beds which is not accurate so we were a little crunched for sleeping arrangements. A bathroom in each bedroom though is key as we have never found a place with these accommodations. We would definitely return.

Our favorite place

We loved the Lodge! We were having a family reunion so there were fourteen of us. All of the couples were able to have their own room including their own bathroom! The bedrooms were nicely decorated and the beds were super comfy. There is a large grate room where we relaxed after dinner in front of a cozy fire. The entire experience was wonderful. Doug and Aimee are very responsive and were a pleasure to interact with. We get together every year and we all voted the Lodge our favorite place! Highly recommend, especially for large groups. Upstate New York Motorcycle Trip

Great place for a group of 6-8 couples riding motorcycles to stay . It had everything our group needed. The Glen Lodge was clean, cozy & comfortable. The large dining area was a great place to sit in the evenings to chat about the day or play games. Great place to start out our rides everyday. Definitely recommend The Glen Lodge for a great time.

Perfect for our bachelorette trip to Lake George!

Loved staying at this lodge! We came for a bachelorette weekend and it was so great that everyone got their own bedroom and bathroom. The house had a nice big room to all hang out in. It was so clean and well kept. Only downfall was it was 15 minutes away from Lake George, but it was totally manageable to drive there/arrange a ride to the breweries, etc. Would definitely stay again for a family trip or trip with a lot of people.

70th birthday reunion

Perfect for our group

The layout of the lodge was perfect for our group. We had multiple families and some singles and the bedrooms offered a lot of flexibility. Loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. You can tell that the place was designed thoughtfully. The amenities provided were well thought out too. You can tell that the owners really know what people are going to want. We had a lovely time snowshoeing, hiking and just hanging out playing board games.

Motorcycle Friendly

We had 13 people staying at the lodge. Accommodations were just what we expected. I had no negative feedback from anyone in the group. Doug was a only a phone call away, and lives across the street so if any problems came up he was right there. The whole group is already looking forward to staying up here again.

Great for groups

We were four families with young kids and had a great stay at the Glen Lodge in August 2021. We had 8 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The lodge also had a large and comfortable living and dining areas, which were great for the whole group to get together for meals and in the evening before wrapping up for the night. The owner runs whitewater rafting trips on the Hudson - we did the trip which starts right from the lodge The area was quite, and the Lake George Village is not far (about 20 mins drive) when we wants a more lively scene.
