The residence Is equipped with high quality full size kitchen, dining room , bedroom with full bath / double showers /, flat screen TV, fireplace , washer and dryer in unit, and living room with a sleeper sofa.

Enjoy fabulous views of the ski slopes on peak 7 from the bedroom window of this quaint suite. THere is gorgeous balcony on this unit, looking towards the slopes, all the pools, jacuzzi and grills in the gorgeous grand outdoor area.

Soak in one of many landscape-inspired hot tubs or in the calming grotto area of the Soothe Day Spa..

Garage and Ski storage is downstairs on 1st floor. The lift is directly in front of the Grand Lodge and it takes you a minute or less to get there. You can literally ski right to the front of your ski storage area. This is true ski in ski out.

Grand Lodge peak 7 has a full scale spa, exercise gym, indoor -outdoor heated swimming pool. Several outdoor hot-tubs.

The Grand Lobby has incredible ski area views from every angle, a full service wet bar and piano lounge with 2 story stone fireplace burning real wood for that perfect mountain lodge experience.

Emerge from the serenity of the Grand Lodge on Peak 7, and There is onsite ski rental shop with professionally trained staff to help you choose the perfect ski/snowboard equipment for you.

On site are a bistro-style restaurant, Soothe Day Spa with grotto, door-to-door shuttle service within Breckenridge, activities department with weekly planned events for the whole family to help you schedule everything you want to do during your stay. A gondola - also right outside your back door - to take you to Peak 8 or down into town, a top-notch restaurant, your own personal movie theater, a game room for the kids, a day spa where you can pamper yourself, , a state of the art workout facility featuring a beautiful mountain view, a "water park" offering a plethora of ways to have fun or just relax - no matter your age, and a fire pit to keep you toasty as you sit outdoors to enjoy the winter sky.

This a self service unit. Everything you need to maintain the unit / trash bags, sponge, dishwashing detergent etc. is included / If you require additional service such as lennen exchange, towel exchange or clean up, please let us know so we can make the appropriate accomodations , send you the fees an reserve the service.
