In fact, no other accomodation in the area has better views. Mod 3-bedroom house, solar powered, floor to ceiling windows/ doors capturing uninterrupted views of gum trees, rolling hills and nearby vineyards. Stunning deck to see the sunrise and sunset. An inviting retreat for that romantic country escape or creating memories with family & friends. Well set up for cooking, sitting by the fire, WFH or walking/cycling the nearby rail trail.
The house has modern facilities including a well-appointed kitchen, espresso machine, digital TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, a selection of DVDs, iPod docking music station, portable UE boom, Starlink internet, gas Weber BBQ, split AC systems, Nectre wood burning heater, ceiling fans and double glazing for comfortable living. We also have a 220volt EV charger.
Guests will have access to ‘booked’ bedrooms only and exclusive access to remainder of property. For our preparation purposes it is important that you provide accurate guest numbers and your specific requirements at the time of your booking. House trained dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $50, max of two and dogs are not permitted on the furniture or in the bedroom and on the bedding.
Long weekends have a three-night minimum requirement. We also have two bee hives on the property and are away from the house.
