HOUSE LAYOUT:

As you enter this gorgeous home, you are greeted by magnificent floor-to-ceiling windows that allow ample natural light into the open floor plan living room, kitchen, and dining room. Immediately to your right is the first bedroom featuring a queen bed, workspace, and closet space as well. To the left of the entry is a full bathroom complete with a tub and shower combo. Moving directly ahead is the dining room with a large dining table- perfect for dinner with a view! To the left of the dining room is the kitchen, offering an island for coffee chats, stainless steel appliances, and kitchen amenities galore. Moving through the kitchen leads to the laundry room with a washer and dryer, iron and board, and it doubles as an entry room with storage. The two-car garage is through the door.

Catty corner to the dining room is a stunning sunroom with plush seating options, vibrant artwork, full bed, and a workspace for your convenience. There is also access to the massive deck featuring outdoor seating and bbq grill with unbeatable views of Pagosa Peak.

To the right of the dining room is the living room with more seating, a gas fireplace, and large, Smart TV. Directly ahead is the master bedroom suite boasting a king bed, deck access, and closet space. The master bathroom is breathtaking in its tile work, walk-in shower, and soaking tub.

Upstairs opens to a spacious loft with a magnificent couch, another large Smart TV, and a shuffleboard.

Downstairs opens to a cozy entertainment den with a wood-burning fireplace, plenty of seating, another large Smart TV, kitchenette, and patio access. To the left of the entertainment space is another full bathroom with a lovely walk-in shower. To the right of the bathroom is the third bedroom with a queen bed, another workspace, and ample closet space. The fourth bedroom on the lower level has a twin and queen bed.

The patio offers a private hot tub complete with privacy screening around it for ultimate relaxation. From the hot tub, you can enjoy views of the mountains, and stunning stars on a clear night. Ā There is also a fenced backyard for your convenience!

This was a great place to stay. We had lots of room for the six of us, warm fire, great views of the mountains. Kitchen was excellent, lots counter space, nice modern appliances. We enjoyed the hot tub and gas fireplace.

Family and I loved the house, great amenities and plenty of space! Pagosa Winter Stay at Monte Vista

Our family plus another family enjoyed 6 nights and days at Monte Vista. Went for the typical January activities; skiing, sledding, beautiful views and dining out. Wolf Creek Ski resort is such a friendly and fun place to ski as well as one of the most affordable! Not far from the resort is a great place where we all went sledding. Dined at Meander, Alley House, plus our favorite coffee shops, Higher Ground and The Root House. The house was fully stocked with linens, blankets, kitchen accessories, shampoo/conditioner, soap and detergent. Hot tub was a must after all the outdoor activities! Garage was nice to park your car inside. Location was easy to find and check in was convenient. Thank you again to Jaimi and her husband for helping us out. This is our second time using ITrip :)

Beautiful home and location!

We had a wonderful vacation here. The home has everything you need and plenty of space for a big family. We enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from the main living area. Bedrooms were very comfortable. The hot tub was nice to have after a long day on the mountain. Itrip team was in touch and everything went smoothly. Will definitely book with iTrip again in the future!

We had such a great time at this house! The kitchen was perfect and stocked with everything you needed! Plenty of areas for movie nights, relaxing and playing games with your family! It was about 10 to 15 minutes to downtown Pagosa and the neighborhood is Quiet, which we love!!! We would stay here again as it was very clean, exactly like the pictures and convenient to town, but away to the quiet country as well!

Perfect for a girlfriends getaway

The property was perfect for our weekend away at the hotsprings. Several girlfriends and I stayed at Pagosa Highlands to celebrate a birthday and the house was large enough so that everyone could spread out and have their own space and the large entertaining area was perfect to bring us all back together. We cooked all our meals in the well appointed kitchen and relaxed in the hottub. I'd definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in Pagosa with a larger group or family.

Beautiful property in Lake Hatcher neighborhood which offered a more secluded feeling while still being close to town. Terrific mountain views. Our pets loved the fenced in backyard. We saw deer daily outside our windows and wandering the neighborhood.

Excellent Stay

I enjoyed the home and was even pleasantly surprised by the quality of the kitchen products (as we cooked all our meals) this was a huge bonus. There was lots of little things that made an overall great stay. The view out the living room area and loft was amazing. My teens loved the game area and outdoor living space. The fenced area was perfect for our four legged family members as well. I would stay here again no problem.

We will definitely book again through this company! 5 of us stayed here with our pups for a ski trip to wolf creek area! We loved the house and all the natural light, super clean and, it has a great kitchen for family style meals and a cozy upstairs for games. The house is in a very cute little neighborhood which is great for dog walks. We drove about 50 minutes to the mountain every day!

A perfect get away

The property was incredible and just as advertised. I canā€™t begin to explain how beautiful and quiet the location of this home was. We visited for my 30th birthday and to get some well deserved rest and relaxation. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and when contacting management, we were met with quick and courteous service. If you want to spend time in Pagosa Springs, this is the way to do it.

Snowy getaway

House was even better than pictured. My three boys loved the house too. So much to do we found ourselves not even wanting to leave at times. The place was so clean and so much thought was put into this place. The details were everything! Would stay here again and again. Even the neighbor came out and talked with us and let us borrow his amazing sled and showed us where to go to play.

Beautiful View with all amenities!

My husband and I rented this house to go skiing and we invited our adult kids to come when they could. It was fabulous. The house had everything to feel like we were home including shampoo, shower gel, beach towels for the hot tub, humidifiers, plenty of kitchen utensils, sleds for when there is snow, toilet paper, paper towels etc..... It is 15 minutes up the hill from town and about 45 minutes to Wolf Creek but worth it!! Very relaxing and the beds were comfortable! We hope to stay there again.
