LOCATION - 3 blocks north of Main Street and .9 miles from the center of downtown Fredericksburg
HOSTS - Quiet, private, newly furnished home to yourselves
SLEEPS - Up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms; 1 King bedroom upstairs. The main level has two bedrooms that each have a Queen bed and a fourth bedroom with two Queen beds
BATH - 3 baths; Upstairs King bedroom has an en suite bath with a walk-in shower. Main level Queen bedroom has an en suite bath with a bath tub/shower combo & the 3rd bath is centrally located off the hallway between the other 2 bedrooms & has a bathtub/shower combo
KITCHEN - Fully-equipped kitchen
BREAKFAST - No breakfast provided; coffee & tea is left for you
AMENITIES - Flat screen Cable TVs throughout, WiFi, washer & dryer, indoor electric fireplace, entertainer's dream back yard with comfy seating, pool, hot tub, charcoal grill (charcoal not provided), and an 800 sq. ft. entertainment barn with a 70” TV, ping pong table, pool table, music & darts.

- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.

This house was amazing it fit our family perfectly. The game room was fun and gave us options to have fun. The home was very clean and provided everything you needed for a great stay. The beds were very comfy. We will definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities this house offered - from the pool to the fire pit to the game room to the spa to the large dining table that fit us all, even to the pecan trees! The house is a bit off the beaten path - nice if you're looking for peace and quiet away from the bustling downtown area.

Great house- close to Main Street

The house was perfect for our family to relax, swim and play. They had comfy beds and games to keep everyone entertained. Walking distance to food, shops and a Catholic Church. We had a great time!

Great family house

Lovely split bedroom arrangement was great for our family. They had a well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for all 10 of us. Great playroom out back - we didn’t really get to use it bc of the heat, but we loved the pool.

Great family gathering place!

We had a fun time gathering with my sister and her family here. The kids loved the pool and pool house. The kitchen was well stocked. Great A/C. Easy location to town.

Exceeded our expectations

Great house, great location. Plenty of room for all of us. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and bedding. Would definitely want to come back to Claudia's Haus as our home base in Fredericksburg.

Beautiful and Fun Home

Beautiful vacation home

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful vacation home. The pool was the seller for our children along with the fire pit for marshmallow roasting. It had all the amenities in the home. We had an HEB store nearby along with restaurants and it was also close to Main St to do more shopping. Loved it!!

Perfect Get-Away Haus

My friends and I (6 total) stayed at Claudia's Haus for 4 nights. The entire place was fantastic! We had plenty of beds; the common areas were large enough to accommodate all of us; there were quiet spaces for anyone wanting a break from the chatter; the recreational areas in the back were perfect. The kitchen was well-supplied, cozy blankets abounded, and the decorative touches were charming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Claudia's Haus.

Get away

What a fun place for a quick get away!! Super cute and clean as well. Close to main and a lot of things to do at the house. Only thing I would say is bring bug spray, as there are a lot of mosquitoes.

Beautiful Place

This place was perfect for our 1st girls trip to Fredericksburg. It was so beautiful, and had so much to do to keep us all entertained. Super convenient to everything. Only reason I would not give it a 5 is because we had to hand flush one of the toilets every time. We called to have it fixed but no one ever came. Other then that we all had a wonderful stay. Thank you

Small issues

Property overall was ok. Lack of attention to the details created a negative review. I had to clean the outdoor furniture, yard probably had not been mowed for a couple of weeks, supplies of basic supplies were lacking(1 roll of paper towels) ,basic kitchen tools needed, 2 of range burners were not working.

This house was beautiful and had plenty of room for 4 couples. If you have elderly people in your party, they do need to be careful of stepdowns throughout the house. The backyard is gorgeous, however, the outside furniture did need a little cleaning. Overall, this house is very comfortable and met all our of our needs. Thank you.

A Week in Claudia’s House

We just returned home from our week spent in Fredericksburg. Claudia’s House is in a great location, which makes getting around town easy. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The only negative comments I have pertain to the recreational activities at the house. The hot tub was great and the pool was functional, although not of high quality, esthetically. There were pool floats, but they were dirty and some needed inflating, but I was not going to blow it up by mouth and I did not see a pump. I did hose off one chair float and use it. The outdoor furniture was very dirty and we had to take it apart and hose it all down and let it dry overnight so we could use it for the rest of the week. Although we did use the pool table nightly, it is also not in top shape, with a slight warp and very lifeless bumpers, probably from being in an environment that is not climate-controlled. There were only 2 pool cues, one adult length and one child size. Even worse is the ping-pong table. The two halves are not connected properly and not level. There is a dartboard, but almost all the darts are bent, as if they were thrown at a metal object and ruined. Overall, we enjoyed the house, especially how clean it was, and we were able to enjoy the recreational activities, but some upgraded equipment would be nice.
