offers a peaceful mountain setting with community amenities including a year-

shuttle stop is just steps from the property, providing convenient access to

Mammoth Mountain, The Village, and other destinations around town without

having to drive. Mammoth Creek Park, LA Kings Ice at Mammoth Lakes, Mammoth

RecZone, restaurants, shopping and entertainment are also nearby. Guests

additionally receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club.

Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility featuring an indoor heated

swimming pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates and

cycling studios, racquetball and basketball courts, plus outdoor tennis,

pickleball outdoor swimming pool during the summer months. This townhome

accommodates a maximum of 10 guests and is not pet friendly. Two outdoor
