This newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath corner townhome features a stylish

mountain design with granite countertops, slate flooring, and vaulted

ceilings, creating a bright and inviting retreat. Located in Mammoth Estates,

you’ll enjoy the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility in a peaceful

forest setting, just a short distance from The Village. Upstairs, relax in the

warm and welcoming living area with a cozy wood-burning fireplace and

flatscreen TV, perfect after a day on the slopes or trails. The dining area

comfortably seats six, with additional seating at the kitchen bar, and the

fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals with ease.

Downstairs, both bedrooms offer a quiet and private retreat. The primary

bedroom features a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower

combo. The guest bedroom is ideal for families or groups, featuring a queen-

over-queen bunk bed. A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located

just next door. This home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and is

perfect for family getaways. Non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Located

in the desirable Mammoth Estates community, this condo offers an ideal year-

round getaway in one of the best locations in town. Just one block from The

Village and the Village Gondola, you’ll enjoy easy access to dining, shopping,

summer for hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor adventures, this home is the

Good but..

There is very little direction on how to find your unit in the sea of numbered buildings. No map or way to speak to a human about it after 5pm either. We just had to wonder around for 45 minutes and eventually found our condo tucked away in the back. The biggest issue is that literally every other entry walkway was shoveled… but somehow ours had a large mountain of ice out front. Not small. Large. It was slippery, dangerous, and I doubt whether kids or elderly could have made it at all. Massive safety concern. Lastly, the hot tub was broken. Not cool at all when you’re skiing. Or when you walk through the snow in a bathing suit only to find you now have to walk back… The unit itself was quite nice, just the property had some unfortunate issues. Great location though.

Decent Place but Mix Between New and Old

Overall the unit is okay and it's in a great location to walk to the Village and gondola, however, I don't think it's entirely accurate to label it as "newly remodeled". The upstairs is nice and comfortable with good furniture, tv and fireplace. The kitchen is decent, however the cabinetry is quite old-looking and there was a lot of random stuff in the drawers and cabinets that didn't appear to be clean (i.e. an old hand mixer with frosting on it). The downstairs is definitely dated and the rooms are quite small and dark. The king bed is nice but there is limited closet and cabinet space for storing clothing and personal items. Several light bulbs were out and there was a clogged sink when we arrived which was promptly handled by the property management. All in all this place is fine and in line with many other rentals in the area. I would just be aware that the photos of the bedrooms and bathrooms were taken with a fisheye lens and enhanced to make them look larger and brighter.

We loved the condo and all the amenities. However, the cleaning crew did a poor job in preparing the condo from where the last guests left it. The kitchen surfaces and floors were full of grime. We had to clean everything there to an acceptable level. There was also dog food laying in the bedroom (bunk bed) carpet, so I'm not sure that the cleaning crew was even vacuuming. The bunk bed room also had limited lighting; it was tough to see anything in there with only 1 lamp on the dresser. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this condo. The property management folks were great and responded immediately to our request for more propane. FYI: the kitchen fan above the stove was removed and placed in the closet; not sure if the owners know this is the case and paid a contractor in full to replace and complete this?
