The beds were VERY uncomfortable and the top deck had a lot of standing water on it so we couldn't just let the dogs out. We had to go to the basement everytime they needed out.But the yard was great.

The backyard fencing is excellent. There is an area beside the house with blackberry bushes coming up from the ground that is pet accessible. My dog got a thorn in his foot unfortunately. Would be great to have that area cleaned up of those bushes. The house is very nice, great kitchen and comfortable beds and furniture. There are no games or puzzles that are often in rentals and no throws or extra blankets for getting cozy on the couch. The extra linens are very sparse and there is no washer and dryer so that could be troublesome. The living room tv did not work for anything but streaming your own apps. So no local news and weather. We did enjoy our stay and if the blackberry bushes were gone we would rent it again.

The home was clean and inviting. The second bathroom was downstairs and the stairs are very steep. Overall it was nice for the price.

Comfortable, and fully fenced backyard was great for my dog. Locations is super close to the beach. But the bonus area is advertised, but required me to contact property management to get keys to the area... and it's behind a door marked "owner only". Also, there's a functioning washer/dryer but you aren't allowed to use it (super annoying). Also, bags of dirty linens and towels were left on the porch all week and not restocked with many clean ones so the supply of towels and dish rags was scant. Kitchen had basics but was missing items like a strainer or a regular spatula (had to use bbq cooking gear). Overall nice space but I'll probably find a space with a washer/dryer next time.

Perfect Beach Getaway with a Great Yard for Dogs

We had a fantastic stay! The property was perfect for our needs ā€” the yard was spacious and fully fenced, which our dogs absolutely loved. It was such a relief to have a safe space for them to run around. The location was also amazing ā€” just a short walk to the beach, which made daily trips super easy and enjoyable. There was plenty of room to park both of our vehicles without any hassle. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing and pet-friendly getaway. We'd definitely come back!

Not enough amenities for the price

There was no washer and dryer that was available to us. The best thing about the place. Was the backyard fenced in in large with a fire pit lots of chairs. Covered patio. But there was not even any coffee remotes for the TVs were very hard to understand. Communication was excellent though. I personally would not rent this place again.

Cozy, comfy and cute home.

We arrived to a very clean and pretty house. Nicest paint job on the block. It is on a quiet street and just a couple blocks to the drive onto the beach access. Yes, you can drive onto the beach. Very nice feature for people who have walking issues. Check in and check out features are easy. My only issue was the bed in the master bedroom is pretty high up and kind of a challenge to get into for vertically challenged people like me. Once in bed though it's very comfortable. I'll definitely try to rent this home again. Hopefully for a much longer stay. Thank you!!

Comfortable stay in a great area close to beach

Place was very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Beds and couches are comfy. Place has easy temperature control. Backyard great for dogs. Loved the sunny "sand room". Would definitely stay here again.

Small house needing updates and worst bed ever

Property had a great location and was animal friendly but the house could really use some simple updates. The bed was the worst I have ever slept on in my life. It made the loudest squeaks with any movement. My wife and I had to take turns sleeping on the sofa because the bed was so bad. It made it very difficult to sleep as we were looking for a restful vacation by the beach. I would stay again if they made some updates with a new bed.

Nice pet friendly beach house.

The positive points of this home are it's great, central location and closeness to the beach access. We also loved the fenced back yard with a nice lawn for the dogs. The kitchen had all you need to prepare meals. The bathroom was good sized with plenty of towels. The one bedroom we used had a large comfortable bed. A couple of knits to pick were the lack of laundry facilities and sparse uncomfortable furniture. It's a pet friendly place, I get it. I also found the gas grill to be basically unusable. Overall, a good value especially if you want to bring your pets.

We had a quick one night stay. Nice property and exactly how described. We had an issue with the key breaking in the lock and it was addressed quickly with one phone call. Very on top of rectifying the problem. We really appreciated that.

Weekend getaway

The area is great, short walk to the beach and some restaurants; it's hilly and not for anyone disabled, just a FYI. Easy check in instructions with parking in tandem for two vehicles Plenty of dishes but only two decent sized coffee cups. Microwave, drip coffee maker, and dishwasher all good. Tons of towels and extra blankets which was appreciated. The house is as advertised but somehow still a bit disappointing. Still only 3 dining chairs with run down furniture, especially in the bedrooms. The king bed is just awful: old and lumpy mattress but the worst is the obnoxious squeak of the frame every. time. you. move. Shift a millimeter and the loudest squeak will wake you up. The two rooms share a wall too so you wake everyone. The backyard is super cute and fully fenced but you have to go down very steep stairs in the rain to get there. The move out instructions on the fridge have you doing everything yet they still charge a hefty cleaning fee. Unless they lower the price to reflect the issues or do some much needed upgrades, I would not stay here again.

Short walk to the beach

Location is good, backyard is fully fenced, appliances are like new but new pans wiuld be greatly appreciated plus the property could use some updating and a good cleaning. The property owner is polite and quick to relpy to questions.
