Enjoy the upper two levels of this basic residential home. Three bedrooms + bathroom upstairs, kitchen, open-concept living room and dining room downstairs. There is nothing fancy or stylish about this house, but it is spacious, bright, clutter-free, calm, quiet and clean. It has a fully-stocked kitchen with all the dinnerware and bakeware you could need, a Jacuzzi tub, and an electronic piano in the dining area.

The house is located on a quiet residential street on Belleville’s East end. 5-minute drive to downtown, walking distance to 2 grocery stores and a laundromat.


Details for travelers who are particular:

Parties: the neighbours and a caretaker are monitoring the house so any parties or loud disturbances will be swiftly detected and evicted. Partiers should book elsewhere.

Decor: This house is not fancy or high-end, it's just a plain, clean average house. It is gradually getting spruced up over time.

Backyard: The spacious backyard is available for your use but there may be some lumber and renovations supplies in certain areas temporarily.

Jacuzzi tub: has various metal fixtures which are in need of re-painting. The tub itself works but is loud and sediment may spray out of the jets for a few moments upon initial use since they hardly ever get used.

Lower level and basement: the lower level is for the owner’s use. Therefore, guests are asked to not be overly loud or stomp heavily on the floor.

Fireplace: it is a wood-burning fireplace but is not approved for use by the insurance company so it’s just for looks.

Upstairs closets: are all locked since they contain the owner’s possessions. Guests can use the large black wardrobe in the main bedroom and a chest of 6-drawers. Bedroom 2 has a desk and under-bed drawers, bedroom 3 has an 18" closet/wardrobe, under-bed drawers, and a luggage rack.
