Welcome to Blackcomb Greens #36. This spacious and sunlit 3-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom townhome is ideally located in the Benchlands, close to the Upper Village and Blackcomb Gondola. Enjoy year-round recreation with nearby access to the Chateau Whistler Golf Course and Lost Lake's renowned biking, hiking and cross-country ski trails. ________________________________________ 🏡 PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS • 3 Bedrooms | 2 Bathrooms • Free Upper Village shuttle stops directly in front of the complex and is just a short ride to the gondolas • Communal hot tub, private deck with BBQ & golf course views • Wood burning fireplace, heated floors, vaulted ceilings & large picture windows • Equipped with a portable window AC unit, during the summer in the main dining area only • 1 guaranteed parking stall in parkade + visitor stalls based on availability • In-suite laundry • Pet-friendly (fee applies) ________________________________________ 🛏 BEDROOMS • Primary Bedroom: King Bed | Ensuite | Private Balcony • 2nd Bedroom: King Bed or 2x Twins • 3rd Bedroom: King Bed or 2x Twins + Single Bunk ________________________________________ 🎿 SKI ACCESS • Take the free Upper Village Shuttle, which stops right outside the complex and is just a short ride to the gondolas. Or you are about a 15-minute walk to the Upper Village and Blackcomb Gondola. ________________________________________ 📌 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION • Parking: 1 assigned stall in underground parkade (6'11” clearance). Visitor stalls based on availability. • Pet Policy: 2 dogs welcome with a $30 + tax fee per night, per pet. Two dog bowls and a dog blanket provided. • Occupancy: Standard is 6 guests, Maximum is 8. Extra guest fee: $50/night per person. • Bike Storage: Please note, this complex does not have secure bike storage. Bikes are strictly not permitted inside the home or on the balcony. • Baby gear rentals: Pack & Play, highchair, baby gates, etc. available to rent for nightly fee. Subject to availability. • Please note, during the winter months, we provide 1 fire log per day. Additional fire logs can be purchased. • Note: This home only has a portable window AC unit in the main living area. One fan per bedroom is provided. Compensation or refunds not provided for warm temperatures. ________________________________________ 💳 BOOKING DETAILS • 50% deposit due 60 days prior to arrival, remainder due 30 days prior • All payments non-refundable once processed • 3.5% fee for all credit card payments • Contact Aloha Whistler to discuss alternate payment methods

Mediocre At Best
The property is in a bit disrepair making it really hard to keep warm-most of the doors and windows leak substantially. We had to place towels and rugs along them to keep warm. The property was also not clean and we had to wipe things down and vacuum upon arrival. There was no soap. The location is less than ideal and on top of that we had to shovel it out to get inside. Given the price and location, won’t choose this again as the value was poor.

We sincerely apologies that the you had to vacuum and wipe things down upon your arrival as this is not up to our Aloha standards! We leave soap in each bathroom along with kitchen soap as well, we are very sorry if this was missed and wish we could have had the opportunity to drop some off for you if we knew. We will definitely be following up with our housekeeping team.
Thank you for letting us know about the doors and windows leaking cold air as we were unaware of this. We will have someone take a look.
