Glad to have easy communication with Liz. We did preserve most of the historic Ambassador Hotel and the walls were indeed thin so sound travel easily. We have earplugs as a courtesy and we hope they helped during the stay. We also have rooms on the third floor and we suggest to reserve those if future guests prefer more peace and quiet. Hi, Jenny we are so sorry about the noise. The unit is in an older property so sound travels easier that's why we remind guests to be more conscious of their noise levels especially at night and early mornings. Again, we apologize for the less than perfect stay. Safe travels!
