If you read through your check in instructions in the third paragraph it provides turn by turn directions to the Dennison parking garage, there is also a map on the last page. Thanks for your review and glad you enjoyed your stay. Check in time is at 5pm as communicated to you both in your pre-arrival instructions and when you stopped by. Unfortunately it was a back to back the day of your arrival, so we are glad we could get you in earlier than the guaranteed check-in time.

Thank you for your comments and please know that we take them seriously. Unfortunately on the day of your departure the highway was actually open so we had confirmed that the guest arriving that day, was planning and did arrive so extending your stay was not an option on this occasion. It was a stressful day for everyone so I am sure everyone was heightened and conversations were direct, we do apologize if there was a shortness in the conversation in this instance. We have seen much worse storms, last Season it was every week, but we understand this may have been difficult for travelers not used to these conditions. We are glad the road was open and you were able to make it home safely on the planned day, albeit with some delays.
