We booked this property for our family vacation, the house was super clean and close to Disney! Contacting the property manager is easy and they reply quickly. The pool is a great addition to have and made it a hit for our kids. The only thing, the listing says 2 king beds, when there is only 1 and there was a small tear in the pool screen which attracted some bugs while swimming at night. I will definitely book again with Wonder Vacation Homes team!

Andrew, a pool the kids loved and an easy drive to Disney is a combination that makes family trips click. The bed listing and screen have both been noted and will be sorted before your next visit.

Pontos positivos: Limpeza, comunicação, localização e precisão do anúncio
Pontos negativos: Check-in
There is only the bare minimum of items needed for a proper stay. Yes, the listing does say there is only enough items per person but the towels were cheap like prison towels. The pots and pans were horrible to cook with as well as all the kitchen utensils. No blankets whatsoever. When we first got there, the AC system was broken. However, they did send out a tech to fix it right away. Communications with the host were very quick turnaround which was nice and helpful. Had trouble with the gate registration due to the site not working properly and having to fill out multiple times so the host had to do it on their end. We did need to stay another day and the host accommodated and gave us a discount, which was nice. Overall, it was a good stay minus the lack of of items needed to actually live there.

Overall good place

The location is very good, the community pool and the amenities were amazing. Only downside was that the floors were filthy, extremely dirty, looked like no one has cleaned in months. Requested for a mop and they didn’t respond for 2 days and requested again, they replied but never got the mop! Had to clean them by hand evey day so kids don’t have extremely dirty feet.

Hello Shahzoda, Thank you for choosing Wonder Vacation Homes for your stay. We are glad that you enjoyed the home and the amenities. I have already asked my Operations team to follow up on a deep carpet cleaning. Every home is equipped with mops and brooms, I have checked your messages and you did show in your picture of the home having a mop. Mop was replaced on your checkout, I am sorry that it was not able to be delivered during your stay. We sure hope that you come stay with us next time for a even better experience!

Nice place, great amenities but unable to resolve issues with rental

Nice place and location. Kids enjoyed the amenities. Had issues with master shower not working (was resolved on 4th day). Fridge broken and was not supplying water / ice. Washer and dryer closet door was missing and staples were sticking out of stairs which my kids stepped on.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear the kids enjoyed the amenities and that you liked the location. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the master shower issue and appreciate your patience while it was resolved. Regarding the fridge water and ice dispenser, and the washer/dryer closet door, we regret these did not meet your expectations and will have our maintenance team address these concerns promptly. We are especially sorry to hear about the staples on the stairs—this is a serious safety issue and we will investigate and correct it immediately. Thank you for staying with Wonder Vacation Homes, and we hope to provide you with a smoother experience in the future. Sincerely, Wonder Vacation Homes

Beautiful & clean but lacking necessities and management company difficult

The house was exactly as pictured. It was very clean/new . Easy parking, roomy, and community is definitely great. But I would not rent his condo again or use the 3rd party booking company again either for the following reasons. The condo was missing numerous basic rental vacation home necessities that have always been standard when I've rented vacation homes before. Not included/missing: Clothes hangers (not 1 hanger in any of the closets). Cookie sheet Wash clothes (there were basic bath & hand towels) Pot holders Measuring Cup Measuring Spoons Chip/Salad bowl (there was one small-med sized bowl - besides cereal bowls). One of the whole points of renting a house instead of a hotel on vacation is so that you can prepare & cook a basic dinner verse eating out. We cooked one meal, tacos, and it was definitely a challenge missing so many standard kitchen items. Additionally the coffee maker did not work. I did report it to the management company but the did nothing. The "Replace Filter" light is on for the water on the refrigerator. Also reported with nothing done. There was also very clear instructions to take out all the garbage upon check out yet the kitchen trash can didn't even contain 1 bag upon check in. I will say when we reported that, they did come and give us 1 trash bag. Additionally, the management company, was not easy to work with. Communication is solely email plus other little nuances that have convinced me to stick with another vacation property site going forward. I have great credit, working professional and have rented vacation home many, many times and I felt like I was jumping through hoops and dealing with a clear language barrier (with whomever was on the other side of my emails). The whole process was frustrating. I think if the home owner could provide these missing basic items and switched management companies - then I would endorse renting this property. (P.S. I was asked to remove the names of the community and management company in order to have my review approved).

Thank you for staying with us at this property, I must say, I just reviewed your entire chat thread and I do not see any difficulty in responding or any language barrier. The communication was smooth and prompt, everything provided in the house is at the courtesy of the owner and all basic requirements are provided. We only provide with initial set up of amenities - 1 toilet paper, 1 trash bag etc. and this is mentioned in the rental agreement you signed. Most of your feedback is untrue. But thanks for staying with us.

Pontos negativos: Comunicação
Unfortunately, the communication was not up to par. A curling fan fell on top of my teenage daughter while she was asleep, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work, as it was also hanging out of the roof and was unable to be used. There were also live electrical wires hanging out of the ceiling and hanging from a wall outlet. The pool was cloudy and had far too many chemicals, which caused skin rashes on myself in my family. We were unaware of the cloudiness issue, until after the fact. We were unsure of the exact cause. I tried for weeks to get into communication and contact with someone about this issue, but kept receiving an AI Chatbot. I have visited this neighborhood on many occasions, and have utilized Vrbo for my bookings several times. I tried very hard and very diligently to communicate my issues, as to have someone rectify the situation with a live person. I left several messages and emails and still, no one has contacted me about these issues and this all occurred back in June. I waiting until the very last moment to submit my review, in hopes that someone would reach out to me, but unfortunately, this is what it has come to.

Nice Place Overall

The property was new and clean. Had a bit of new paint smell, but not to bad. The pool is small but the property does have a larger pool you can visit. We enjoyed our stay there and overall a very nice place to stay. The only downside was that across the street they are building new houses. The construction is loud (starting around 6:30-7:00 am) and the trash left by them was an eyesore. Luckily it looks like they are getting close to finishing so may not affect your stay.
