Loved this place in Indian Rocks Beach!

It was steps away from the beach access and very close to downtown Clearwater! Perfect size place for a couple! Host was extremely friendly, will definitely be back.

Great little getaway

My mom and I enjoyed a few days here. We loved the cleanliness of the unit, how it was decorated, and the thoughtful details. Location can’t be beat!

Great location. 1 block from beach. Had slight plumbing issue. Contacted property manager and someone right out and fixed. Excellent communication throughout. Would use again. Great value for the price range

Great stay right at the beach

We had a great stay with our kids (1½ and 4 years) and really enjoyed it. A smaller unit, but had everything we needed and enjoy the nice space around the house as well. Beach located just across the street and a playground nearby as well.

Wonderfully cozy beach rental

The rental was very clean and well kept. Just a short walk tonIndian Rocks Beach, which is beautiful and less busy than other beaches near by. Definitely a great value. Check in was easy and the staff was very responsive.

We spent 5 days at mermaid cove, it was perfect location, couple of steps to the beach. They provided us beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and toys.the apartment was clean and got everything we needed. We would go back definitely!

Cute & cozy property!

The property is very cute, cozy, & clean- just the right size for 2 people! We loved having a hot tub. The neighborhood was very walkable & felt safe. The entrance to the beach is directly across the street! Plenty of outdoor seating on the front or back patio. Thanks for a great stay!

The location is very convenient for going to the beach. Spacious parking. Great communication with host. Check-in was simple and easy. The towels were very luxurious. The air conditioner wall units were a bit noisy, but they worked.

Indian Rocks Beach Stay at Mermaid Cove

Would definitely book this apartment again! Our host Kristen And her staff were very accommodating. The beach access is less then a 5 minute walk across the street. The photos of the apartment are what you get.

Indian Rocks Beach

My husband and I enjoyed staying in this condo. It was very clean and well stocked. Toiletries, spices, coffee and anything you would need for the beach including towels, chairs and an umbrella are included. There is Beach access directly across the street. The outdoor areas were a lovely place for morning coffee or an afternoon drink. There are many good restaurants nearby. We would definitely rent this property again when we come back to the area!

Clean, Close, Cozy, Convenient

This property hit the major points! It was just the right size, clean, close to the beach (right across the street) and food, and the neighborhood was very pleasant. We have a large truck and parking was easy at the location even with other guests on-site. This was the 1st property I have vacationed in Florida in the last 15 yrs where I was able to enjoy the surrounding neighborhoods and cities. Indian Rock is beautiful, Clearwater is right across the bridge, Tampa 20-25 minutes away, and Largo is around the corner. Oh, the location is very pleasant for walking, biking, and jogging

Mermaid Cove A+++

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Mermaid Cove Unit 1 and didn't want to leave. The unit was very, very clean, kitchen was stocked and photos of the unit and outside areas were on spot. We enjoyed sitting out back after a day at the beach and dinner at the outside table our last night. It is an easy walk across the road to the beach access and having access to chairs & an umbrella made the decision to rent that much easier. Kristen our host was great to work with and glad we could help her out. Hope to return to Mermaid Cove soon with friends and/or family.

The pictures are exactly how it looks. Cute and comfortable. I was 1 person so the space was perfect for me. Everything I would need was there from a coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, beach chairs & towels. Clean bathroom and kitchen. Tv and ac worked great. Right across the street from the beach. A short walk to a good lunch place and for breakfast a few blocks away. Owner was very responsive and nice. I would definitely stay at this property again. Being alone I felt very safe with a coded entry and security cameras.

Perfect place for a week at the beach! This house is right across the street from a public beach access point and within a mile of multiple amazing, locally owned, beachfront restaurants. The host provided everything you could want for a day at the beach: towels, chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, and a wagon to get them all across the street with. It was just the right size for 2 adults, but may have felt cramped with more than that. There are 2 other rental units on the property, so you may want to book multiple units for a larger group. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Cute, Clean Unit

The proximity to the beach was great (across the street). The only thing better would have been on the beach. It was well decorated. The A/C unit wasn’t working on the master bedroom. I tried to contact the company and received no response my entire stay. We left our bedroom door open so the unit in the living room would cool the bedroom and because it was November it worked. The unit seemed to have the basics, except a hair dryer. I found this to be annoying, as I had not brought one with me as usually there is one in all units I have rented before. One other thing that is just a suggestion. The washer and dryer is only accessible outside, so all units can access it. That was fine, except it was dark, which made me uncomfortable when I was trying to do the laundry at the end of our trip in the evening. Another light at that location would be advised. Thank you.

A Bit of Paradise

Great location! Just a block from the beach. The accommodations were pristine and comfortable. Kristine made the place hospitable with warm touches. Very clean and well maintained. Easy access and open lines of communication. Had a great experience.
