The apartment is located on the fifth floor of the nine-storey building.

- I have a strict No Party Policy
- No outdoor shoes in the flat. Please use provided slippers.
- Please clean as you go to keep communal area clean and tidy at all times.
- Report any damages as and when they occur, or sometimes before you leave.
- Smoking is not allowed in the flat.
- Note that the flat is not suitable for parties or large gatherings and noise must be minimal in the evening and at night.
- Please be respectful to my lovely neighbours.
