This single-level, easy-to-access villa will be your home away from home in Hobart. Peacefully tucked away but within walking distance of all the action, this villa is an ideal all-season retreat for families or travelling friends. A spacious open flow is drenched in natural light with large sliding doors that extend to a private balcony, offering elevated views of the Derwent, Kunanyi/ Mount Wellington and the city centre. The primary bedroom is set with a queen bed, walk-in robe and ensuite. Go for a stroll along the Derwent River or explore Battery Point, all within walking distance.
