Guests will fall in love with our 3 bedroom home nestled among world famous vineyards in the Oak Knoll region of Napa Valley along the Silverado Trail. The secluded 3 acre property borders the Napa River and features a heated lap pool, vineyard views, and an expansive green lawn, and a renovated barn/garage with game room. The house is a fully furnished, 3 bedroom/2.5 bath retreat located between Napa's vibrant downtown and Yountville. The primary bedroom has a California king bed and full bathroom, 2nd primary bedroom is furnished with one queen bed + a twin and full bathroom, and a 3rd small bedroom has a full size bed. House is comfortable for sleeping 7. The living room has satellite TV, sofa and twin daybed, and opens to the gourmet kitchen. A large dining sun room overlooks the pool and views. Dining table seats (8). The open kitchen features a double oven, gas stovetop, large center island, 3 bar stools, and stainless appliances. Guests will enjoy mountain, vineyard and sunset views throughout the house as well as from the wrap around deck. Weber gas grill is on the deck for impromptu BBQ's. A separate 1,000 sq ft detached garage/barn with mountain and vineyard views is set up as extra family space with an artist easel, craft table, games and puzzles, ping pong & pool table, and basketball hoop - all overlooking the expansive lawn and neighboring vineyards.

Spend time lounging by the heated lap pool or on the massive manicured lawn, or feel free to explore all that the valley has to offer nearby. There is wine tasting, golf, river kayaking, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, antique shopping, and miles of public hiking and biking trails. We are close to all these activities and happy to assist you with recommendations for your stay.

Napa's Oak Knoll district is especially known for its Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Chardonnay wines, and our home lies in the heart of the region, along the Silverado Trail, surrounded by wineries and tasting rooms that are walking distance away. We are a 7 minute drive to picturesque Yountville to the north, as well as to Napa's Downtown Riverwalk and famous Oxbow Market to the south. The area is home to several world famous Michelin star eateries (The French Laundry, Bouchon, La Toque, Kenzo to name a few), as well as to the most delicious locally grown farmer's market-! The gardens and vineyards make this part of California spectacular any time of the year. Late summer and September are "crush" - the peak grape harvesting months. Wine-making celebrations make October an especially festive time to stay in the valley, as the vines start to show their brilliant colors. Our home is a quiet place to recharge and relax, to star gaze by night, or to watch hawks nesting in our redwood trees- (we provide binoculars and a western bird book for you to keep track)-!!
