The air is pure, you are secluded from the hustle and bustle, and you will no doubt enjoy one of the most peaceful night’s rest you’ve ever had!

The kitchen is a chef’s delight, and the stunning living areas are suited for young and old. Snuggle up on those cold wintery nights with a cup of hot chocolate by the fireplace and enjoy one of your movie favourites with the thousands of DVDs to choose from, or maybe catch up on one of your favourite shows with the addition of Foxtel. A Smart TV will ensure you can also catch up on any of your favourite series or movies by signing into any of your entertainment subscriptions.

Delight in watching your little ones playing in the replica cubbyhouse complete with slide and climbing ropes, or on the tyre swing hanging from the enormous treetops. They will no doubt have hours of endless fun in the private pool or on the recently installed inground trampoline!

This property is perfect if you simply want to getaway, put your feet up and escape from all the world around you.

Or perhaps you prefer to explore the local areas which have so much to offer. Why not head up to the local Tomerong markets (held on the third Saturday of every month) where the vendors are friendly and offer a good range of local produce, native flora and little treasures for the market shopper. Take a short drive down to the world renowned Hyams Beach which has the whitest sand in the world according to the Guinness World Records and you will not be disappointed.

Huskisson is only minutes away (by car) where you can enjoy white sandy beaches and occasionally spot dolphins and whales passing through (or you could also book one of the many whale and dolphin watching cruises which depart from the local jetty). Meander down the busy street and uncover a little coastal town rich in natural beauty. Grab a bite to eat at the World Famous Fish & Chip shop, one of the many local cafes, or at the Husky Pub where you can enjoy a thirst quencher whilst overlooking beautiful Jervis Bay.

Surrounded by Booderee National Park which is teeming with wildlife and unspoilt bushland, “Lilyfield” of Tomerong is the perfect launchpad for your holiday adventure. Booderee is the perfect place to enjoy a host of outdoor attractions and activities, including relaxing on one of the many unspoilt beaches, swimming and snorkelling in the most amazing blue ocean or taking one of the many bushwalks through the stunning greenery (for beginner or expert walkers).

If you’d like to venture out a little further on a day trip, Callala Bay, Ulladulla, Culburra Beach or Sussex Inlet are just a few popular coastal downs worth making the trip for.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is a well-equipped chef’s kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare holiday feasts. There’s a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, freestanding oven with cooktop, toaster, kettle, microwave and Delonghi Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee pod machine.

LIVING
Large family lounge with fireplace and ducted air conditioning, large flat screen TV with Foxtel and a combustion fire. Dining seats up to eight people.

OUTSIDE
A rural property with plenty of room to roam and explore. There is an outdoor setting for six guests with a gas barbecue for your outdoor entertaining. The blue crystal-clear pool is accompanied with pool recliners (beach towels provided) and acreage to delve into including a dam at the bottom of the property. Private pool, cubbyhouse, tree climbing and inground trampoline will keep the kids (or the big kid in you) entertained for hours.

LINEN
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillowcases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bathmats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. Beach and pool towels are also provided.

PETS
This property is NOT suitable for pets.

OTHER
The swimming pool is not heated. An insulated cover is used at all times when not in use to maintain its warmth in the shoulder season, however temperatures will vary, and no liability we be accepted for the temperature of the swimming pool.

There is a dam located approximately 50 metres from the house (see photos), children must not be left unsupervised at this property.

This is a rural property and snakes and spiders may be present, it is recommended that guests keep to the main paths and not wander through long grass.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
Arrival time is at 2pm on the day of your booking. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Strictly no Batchelor/Hen parties or Schoolies will be tolerated. Guests that don't respect the property or neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

RATES & AVAILABILITY
The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods incur a surcharge.
