IMPORTANT INFO:

- No pets, no smoking

- Adults preferred due to high-end furniture

- Protect furniture from lotions and oils; use provided sheets if needed

- Parking restrictions: no boats, trailers, trucks, large vehicles, commercial vehicles, golf carts, jet skis allowed

- The North Building is undergoing constructions with an estimated completion date of Dec 2026, weather permitting. East side will start around end of Dec, possibly through March 2027. The work will be far from this unit but some noise will be present.
