Great view and beach access. Lots of stairs!! Not good for elderly or anyone that finds stairs a challenge. Great location, very clean, hot tub lighting and telescope did not work. All the TVs are different streaming setups and take a minute to get figured. Awesome kitchen setup and dinning area. Great parking and all around good place.

The kitchen could have more towels, paper towels and garbage bags. There was no foil or saran wrap. Considering the length of our stay and the amount of people it was lacking in the regard. But otherwise it was great.

I appreciate the feedback about the kitchen supplies — we do only supply a starter kit of essentials for our renters and that has since been made clearer in our guest packing list that we started sending out. We certainly want guests to have all the information they need for a great vacation before they arrive. Glad everything else was great for you, and we hope to host you again.

Perfect getaway to nature

This was a lovely house in such a perfect beautiful location.It was the best stocked kitchen of any vrbo we have ever stayed in. There is a cozy sitting area with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean. The house is big, comfortable and it was very clean. We loved it! Thanks so much!

The house was beautiful and the view was gorgeous. We were happy with the close proximity to the beach and how easy and safe it was to get to it. The issues we had were w/ Meredith lodging. Within 30 minutes of arriving we got a call from a staff person at Meredith asking us to move our car as we were blocking someone. We were not as we were completely in the driveway of the house. When I asked them to confirm they were calling the correct house number, she refused to confirm and said “I know I am calling the right one”. I told her she wasn’t and that we could see 2 houses down someone completely blocking a driveway and that she was incorrect. She finally after more back and forth confirmed she called the wrong guests. Then the evening before our last morning it was chilly so we tried to use the fireplace but it wasn’t working. We did all the things we could think of with no luck (no directions noted anywhere). I reached out and they said someone could come fix it. At that point we were late for dinner plans and needed to leave so I just asked that they noted it wasnt working for us and to please fix it for the next guests. Then we get a knock on the door from a maintenance person. Didn’t really want to have someone fix it while we are staying there with only 12 hours left in our stay. Then we noticed they didn’t have any laundry detergent in the house for us to do the required first load of laundry before we leave. Had to go buy our own as they didn’t offer to drop some off.

Perfect location

The home was nice and clean. It is the perfect location for enjoying the beach. We loved the hot tub. We grilled on the patio and listened to the waves roll in. There was wood in the garage for us to enjoy a fire on the beach. The property was perfect.

Trip to the coast

Excellent house! Great views from the living rooms. Very well equipped in the kitchen and bath. A lot of stairs for my 92-year-old mother, online pics and description do not reveal that.

Beautiful home and a wonderful stay

The house was perfect in every way. They had everything we could think of available for us to use. The location can’t be beat with access to the beach. And the hot tub was a hit. We loved that there were games and extras available for us to use including books to enjoy the reading nooks and blankets to use for outside if anyone wanted to enjoy the chilly nights by the beach bonfire.

Memorial weekend

We had a wonderful time. View is gorgeous and the beach was a lot of fun. There was so much to see with low tide. The fourth bedroom is more like a loft and getting down to the beach was tricky I had my son help me. Besides that it was great!!

This place has it ALL!!!

6 adults and 4 kids (2,2,3,4) stayed for 3 nights. One family had the top floor, Grandma and Grandpa had the main floor, and one family had the basement. Each level had a bathroom. Seriously, from the minute we walked in, it was just perfect. The view was amazing, the house is beautiful and super clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach is just down the driveway (although you will need to navigate a very rocky path, but we were all able to do it!). We enjoyed the house when it rained, and the beach when the sun was up. Ate FABULOUS meals in town. We loved every second of this place. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Family Beach Trip

Our family of 6 adults and a 2 year old had a wonderful time. The living area is large with room for everyone including toys, and the furniture is very comfortable. The view is fantastic. The kitchen is small but well stocked and adequate. It has a huge table with room for all. The 4th bedroom is a loft. It is semi-private but does not have a door. The basement bedroom is large, but the bathroom has a tiny shower, and no counter with the sink. There are a lot of stairs to get into the house and in the house, but we managed just fine. It has a lot of parking , which is super nice too. We've stayed twice now and love it.

not what I expected.

The house did not resemble the pictures, the stairs were all treacherous, and the kitchen lacked storage bags or storage containers with lids. The only saving grace was the beautiful view. We gave it a 3/5.

It was a wonderful weekend and the facility was all that was expected...Except the jacuzzi didn't work. Notified the agent and a maintenance person showed up promptly but could not fix the problem. slight inconvenience and disappointment. Bill

House was great, booking process was a nightmare

House was clean, amazing location… right on the beach and about 2 miles from downtown Lincoln City! However, the house’s management company is not actually connected to VRBO’s booking system which made things extremely frustrating and complicated. complete with cancelling my reservation because I did not pay the management company.. after paying through the VRBO site. I had to make multiple phone calls to ensure the house was booked. Very frustrating when I thought everything was set up and ready to go with booking thru VRBO. It was my friend’s 50th bday that we were celebrating that weekend, so we wanted everything to go smoothly. House is great. The booking experience is not, fair warning.

Very Clean But 3 BR (Not 4 as Advertised)

This is a cute home that has amazing views from the living room. It was very well appointed and had everything we needed. It is a 3 BR home with a loft, not a 4th BR. The listing doesn’t indicate this and we were disappointed that the loft area was not private at all-it is at the top of the stairs on the top floor. Even the permit inside the home was dictates that it is a 3 BR. The loft area pipe be fine for kids but was much less than ideal for our adult group. The finishes are IKEA and the interior stairs have a strange lip on them that is a minor trip hazard. The access to the beach is short but rocky (my 80 year old mother could not navigate them and we had to drive to a separate location for her to access the beach). Owner should amend listing to a 3 BR + Loft as advertising as a 4 BR is false advertising.
