Just west of US 41, our bright, modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located just 3 miles from beautiful Bonita and Barefoot Beach, within walking distance to several restaurants. Ground floor, corner unit with screened lanai overlooking the lake and nature preserve. Parking spot is conveniently just outside front door which has keypad entry and kitchen is equipped like a full time home. The master bedroom has a new king bed, lots of dresser storage, TV, a large walk in closet and en suite with shower. Living room has leather power reclining sofa and swivel power recliner for complete comfort. The main bath has tub shower. Updated LVP flooring throughout. Take advantage of our beach chairs, coolers, towels and umbrellas for beach trips. Beautifully refurbished community pool with loungers and umbrellas. This is a fabulous location. The host is excellent, with the condo being exactly as promoted. It was clean, well stocked with supplies, the TV’s are great and the overall condo association is very well kept.

Beautifully appointed condo on the water. Spent three weeks there and could have spent 3 more. The location is excellent. So much to do and see in this area. You will not be disappointed.

A Wonderful Escape!

Hoping to escape cold/snowy Western New York, my husband found this property on VRBO. Our host made it possible for us to check in early which was terrific! The condo is the perfect “escape” - includes everything you need if you choose to cook meals right there and location is fantastic in terms of restaurants for dining out. We loved the lanai overlooking a beautiful lake which we also walked around daily. We highly recommend the condo and our host!!

Near Perfection!

This is an absolutely fabulous property! It is lovelier in person than it even looks in the photos. We loved how quiet and private it felt, with the lake out back and a row of trees down the side. The kitchen was one of the best stocked of any VRBO property we have ever stayed in. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay again in the future.

SIMPY PUT .... A 5 STAR PROPERTY

Right from the time we stepped inside this condo it felt like home (which is hard to find these days). It met all of our expectations and more!! The inside was spotlessly clean, had lovely furnishings, all the kitchen/bath necessities were met and the location is fantastic! Brian (the owner) was great to deal with. Clean and comfortable

The owner communicates well. There is everything that you will ever need in this home. This place has it all. You can tell the owner really cares about the guests that stay here. The view of the lake is very peaceful and relaxing. The beds are new. I could go on and on. You will mot be disappointed.

Most organized and well appointed property I’ve ever rented

We rented this condo for 3 weeks to be near my father as he underwent treatment for cancer. Brian was very nice and accommodating. He always responded to my messages within 1/2 hour. The condo was spotless! These owners have everything you could possibly need! I have a box of things I bring when renting that includes things that have been missing at other rental places such as knives, scissors, can opener, sponge, dish liquid, dishwasher pods, plastic bags, etc. I did not need a single thing! The unit is perfectly located in the corner and felt very private. We saw eagles and birds on the pond out front. The other residents were very friendly. The pool was a nice social spot. I cannot tell you how organized these owners are. There is no garage so I wondered how they could provide beach chairs, coolers, etc. the guest bedroom closet is a work of organizational art! There are hanging brackets and hanging baskets with everything you could want. The same goes for the pantry (where there is every spice known to man) and the bathrooms. This place is a treasure!

Exceeded expectations.

This lovely corner ground floor is situated so that the morning sun rises over the water and into the lanai and then shines through the bay windows into the dining area. The condo is beautifully decorated and has excellent appointments…everything works. It is a peaceful spot where many birds visit the shoreline…nature right to the door. The location is convenient for restaurants, shopping and access to state parks. A special spot where owners have given a great deal of consideration for the comfort of guests.

Beautiful Bonita Shores!

We had the best time on our vacation and a big part of that was because of the place we stayed. We felt right at home yet in a beach oasis. This is a beautiful condo in a quiet spot. The unit was stocked with everything you could possibly want or need. The owner was great to work with making everything easy and even providing great suggestions for places to eat. We highly recommend this VRBO!

THE Place to Stay in Bonita Springs!

Loved the morning sunrise overlooking the pond, sipping coffee from the screened porch (ducks fly in at 6:50 am). All in condo amenities are beyond expectations. Owner arranged for fishing options and bicycles. Easy access to beautiful beaches, LA Fitness, great (tasty) restaurants and, of course, pickleball! One of our favorite places to stay!!

Loction, nice decor, great neighbourhood,

This is year seven at the same place. We go back because it is very nice...for different reasons, i.e. easy access to the beaches, great shopping, such a variety of nice restaurants. The condo and the pool are very nice. It seems to attract all the right people; we met different ones that either own as well as renters that were a pleasure to talk to and spend time with. Great stay at Woods Edge

We really enjoyed our stay at Woods Edge condo. Unit was clean, well appointed in kitchen, plenty of room and all we needed to be comfortable. We enjoyed having beach chairs and umbrella which we used often for our wonderful beach days!! We especially enjoyed being on lanai for breakfast and long quiet dinners. Very pleasant view of lake from lanai. We also enjoyed the pool and other residents. It's a great location for the beach and any restaurant you could want. Great time, sad to leave!!

Your review makes me miss the place as you seem to enjoy the same things we do, the beach all day and dinner on the lanai (though you left out the bottle of wine we usually enjoy) or working our way through 100's of great restaurants nearby. Great Vacation Place - Ron & Dee

We very much enjoyed our 30 day stay in your condo. It had everything we needed plus a king size bed. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do and to relax. The pool area looked real nice and the grounds were well maintained. This condo is close to all the happenings in Bonita Springs such as shopping and great restaurants. Overall it was a great experience.

Home Away From Home!!

We totally enjoyed our stay! From the minute we walked in..... The condo is decorated beautifully, is spacious and great little deck with wonderful view of the lake. We appreciated all the updated appliances and especially the kitchen! Great amenities such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, cable, etc. You really had everything you wanted and needed. The location was excellent, it was only minutes away from shopping, restaurants, beaches, cinemas and golf. The roads are very easy to get around on and parking right outside the door was super convenient. The pool is only a one-minute walk across the parking lot and has lots of space, chairs and lounges, bathrooms, showers and even a BBQ. We also booked a boat tour that took us out on the ocean and we were able to see the amazing coastline, mangroves, dolphins and a manatee...... There are lots of activities available but we chose to mostly relax. We are definitely can't wait to come back again :)

All is well!

Very nice location, i.e. close to beaches, shopping, Naples, outlets, easy access to airport. Nice & inviting condo, super clean, view of "man made lake", drive-up to your condo, nice pool, quiet neighborhood....very nice all around. 2016 was our 6th year here....going back in 2017.
