Wi-fi, Smart TV, modern furnishings, granite counters, 1 and 1/2 baths, enclosed patio, balcony, shared pool and jacuzzi,. Reserved parking. HOA requires signed lease to confirm minimum 30 day booking. Great for couples, families, and business travelers. NOTE: Can accommodate up to 5.

Great San Diego Location

The property was great! Close to everything. Green Line trolley stop was within walking distance. Freeways are close by! A+ service with owner!

What a great condo! You will not be disappointed at all. Elizabeth was always just a phone call or text away. I highly recommend this condo and perfect location.

Donna and Chris were GREAT guests. Not only were they very communicative, but very clean and followed house rules, including check out procedures. I would welcome them back anytime. They are great guests to have in a rental.

Michael and his group were great guests, and cleaned up the condo super well. It made the quick turnover- in half a day much more efficient. Sorry we had (and are still having) a heat wave in San Diego. But glad the pools were enjoyable. They are welcome back any time. Elizabeth

Extended stay in San Diego

Three roommates stayed here during their 12 week internships. The property was clean and quiet. Had everything they needed, including a nice pool. Made arrangements for cleaning and excess utility usage during the extended stay. Great location to get to places throughout the area. A very short walk to the trolley. The host was helpful and responsive to requests/questions. I recommend this host and property.

Convenient to San Diego State University

The condo is convenient to San Diego State University and the interstate to move around in the city. Three bedrooms, nice porch and stocked kitchen. Be aware that there is no air conditioning, normally not an issue in San Diego with mild temperatures. However, we happened to be there in a heatwave with 90+ degree days. It was hot! Otherwise, a good location in a safe and clean development.

Thank you for staying at my condo- Again, I apologize that you had to experience the rare heat and the A/c unit was giving you issues in the master room. You were great at adhering t the check out procedure and treated my rental as if it were your own. How to see you back again, in the future.

Good stay!

Overall great stay, comfy beds, tons of linens. Pools are great for kids. Would have liked to have newer pots and pans for cooking, they were damaged and maybe a bbq. I would recommend to other families!

Christina Thank you very much for your review, and staying at my rental. I really appreciate your taking the time to let me know about the status of the pots and pans. I was not aware they were broken. As for a BBQ, I will have to look into that, as it can be a fire hazard on the wood decks and the HOA has rules. Welcome back sometime!

Spacious Condo

Spacious condo not too far from downtown or the beach. The home was clean, very organized and cozy. We felt very at home. Our only complaint was that it was a little stuffy. Other than that everything was amazing.

Good experience

The cabin was clean. Elizabeth was very nice to let us check in a little early and check out a little late. The only drawback was the window air conditioner did not work and you had to hold down the flu sher for the upstairs toilet to flush. Overall, a good experience.

Great location with exceptional service

I stayed at this property for my son's graduation and those of you who know what its like to try and plan something around a graduating senior who only wants to hang out with friends and gives little notice on anything, this was the case for me. The property owners were more than accommodating. The property was in the best location possible. It was within 10 min of everything. If you are looking for a place to stay that will give you the best of everything I would recommend you chose this location.

Perfect location. Quiet neighborhood. Near groceries, freeways.

I felt like I was at home with all of the personal items in the rental and the photographs on the walls . Everything we needed could be found inside the rental including a few items like sunscreen and laundry soap that we had forgotten. We would start every day walking a very short distance to the pool and sit in the hot Jacuzzi spa. All the places we wanted to visit we’re just a few minutes away and I definitely recommend this rental to anyone that’s visiting San Diego.

Diane and her family were great guests! They followed the house rules and check out was smooth. I only regret that we did not meet in person. I apologize that two bulbs were out during your stay. Enjoyed the stay...very accommodating!

Elizabeth has a lovely townhouse for a nice San Diego getaway. She was very sweet to accommodate us with an early check in & a late check out. It's minutes away from Qualcomm stadium. Market & others stores were very close by. She had all the amenities needed for a weekend stay. The kids loved the pool. It was nice sitting in the patio area getting a cool breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed hosting this family- for their daughter's softball tournament. They were very respectful of my house, and communicative. They made both check in and check out very easy.
