Greg, Thank you for taking time to review your stay. We will certainly pass this feedback on to the owner. Air conditioning is not a common amenity in mountain residences but this owner has installed it in both of the master bedrooms for guests sleeping comfort. Fans and open windows creating a nice cross breeze tend to keep the home comfortable during the day and we are disappointed to hear that was not the case for you. Steven, Thank you for taking time to review your stay with us. We are delighted to hear you enjoyed the amenities and how well the home is stocked. Thank you for your feedback on the draftiness and lighting in the house. We will absolutely share this with the owner for their upcoming visit and ask that they see what improvements we can make in this area. In regards to the road, it is at the top of a hill and therefore offers those incredible views and privacy. When it snows, all roads here are a little challenging until the plows come by. We do recommend 4 wheel drive when staying at this location in the winter. We do have many other houses in our rental portfolio for your consideration. They may not have the views if they are located on the lower streets however but worth considering to ensure you are having the vacation that best fits your travel needs. We would be delighted to help you when it comes time to plan your next trip! We would be happy to have you as our guest again. Kim Allen iTrip Aspen Snowmass
