Spectacular Ocean and West Maui Mountain views can be enjoyed from this luxurious 11th floor newly remodeled condominium. This family owned 2-bedroom vacation home offers vacation privacy in one of the most desired upscale resort locations in Hawaii. Kaanapali Alii is rated Maui’s top value by Travel and Leisure. The Alii is maintained like a hotel, with an Activities Desk, 24-hour front desk, tennis courts, swimming pool and activities concierge, yet all the conveniences of a fully-equipped condominium. The kitchen is fully supplied, there is a washer and dryer in the condo, extra towels and sheets are also available for your use. There is a wonderful BBQ area right next to the pool for outdoor cooking and dining.

Situated between the Maui Marriott and the Westin Maui Hotel on Kaanapali Beach, the unit offers seclusion, yet is in the heart of all the Kaanapali fun. Unit 4-111, which is on the 11th floor, offers a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean, the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course and the West Maui Mountains. The resort is 45 minutes from the Maui Airport at Kahului and a mere 5 minutes from the historical fishing village of Lahaina. Just a short walk down the paved path you can shop at the upscale outdoor mall, or dine at the great restaurants at Whalers Village.

Our condo features over 1500 square feet of smoke free living space, including two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and showers, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a living room complete with LCD TV and DVD. The “Lanai” (balcony) offers panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course and West Maui Mountains.

The recently updated pool and barbeque area is beautiful and the 3000 square foot state of the art fitness center is a welcome addition.

We recently replaced the beds in both the master and guest bedroom and they were both outfitted with protective encasement for your protection.

We know you will love Maui, Kaanapali Alii and our condo, that is situated in the beautiful Kaanapali Beach Resort.

It’s so nice to rent something through the actual owner and not a management company! There were a couple coolers, a beach umbrella, and a couple of chairs for us to use. Those items came in handy and we didn’t have to go and buy them! The views were awesome - we could see the ocean and the mountains! And the closet full of towels - that was awesome. There were also many sets of extra sheets and blankets and everything was labeled. We didn’t do a lot of cooking, but there was an abundance of cups and glasses and plates. And the 2 sinks in the master bathroom was very helpful! And we always appreciate any extra mirrors in bedrooms - it helps so much when multiple people are trying to get ready! Awesome place and excellent hosts!!!!

Having stayed at various units at the Alii this by far was the best unit we’ve stayed at. From the owner to the unit itself we had the best 10 day vacation. We couldn’t have asked for anything more in a condo. We will be back soon!

Hotel - convenient location - friendly staff- clean and spacious- easy check in- plenty of parking- great BBQ area- small pool, but never overly crowdedRoom- exactly as pictured- clean- tons of kitchen necessities- SO MANY linens. We couldn’t possibly run out- great viewsOverall it was an incredible stay. The beach access could not be beat and the easy proximity to shopping at Whalers was awesome. We could have never left the area and had plenty of activities and relaxation to last us all week. We will for sure come back and if this condo is available, we’ll stay here every time.

Excellent condo on top floor with views of both the ocean and mountains. The condo was well stocked with dishes and housewares for the full kitchen. Perfect size place for my family of 5 (2 parents and 3 young adults). Ali’i pool was never crowded and we were always able to find a poolside chair. Would absolutely recommend and will be my first choice for future trips to Maui.

Exceeded Expectations

We have stayed at the Kaanapali Alii many times and this condo experience was absolutely wonderful! The host Jim was incredibly responsive and helpful. His property manager on Maui is great and this condo was the best stocked one we have rented! The views of the mountains and the ocean are beautiful! We saw lots of whales right from the living room window! And rainbows over the mountains! Thank you for sharing your beautiful island home! We will be back!

Whale watching vacation

We had a great 9 night stay at the Ka'anapali Alli. Our group was surfing, whale watching, golfing, horseback riding, snorkeling, relaxing on the beach, barbecuing and just enjoying the weather and area. We have been to the area many times and never a bad time.

Perfect!

Amazing views from inside and from the lanai. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to make our vacation stay perfect. Beds are comfortable and there is plenty of storage for clothes. We felt at home right away. The area is close to shopping and dining. Wonderful pool and covered area. The hosts are delightful to work with. We definitely would stay in their home again.

Absolutely lovely and relaxing

My husband, my cousin and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. It is spacious and has everything (and more) that we needed to make our stay very comfortable…kitchen very well supplied, a closet with pool/beach amenities (including a cooler), lots of extra towels/linens and many more items to help our stay relaxing. The view from the lanai is beautiful…a view of the beach, as well as the golf course and up the mountain. The beach walk in both directions was easily accessible. Parking was great and nice size spots. We were on a flight that was scheduled to land late in the evening, so it was about midnight when we arrived at the condo. There was no one in the lobby, but there was a phone number to call…I called and spoke with a person who arrived at the lobby within 5 minutes. He got us checked in and explained where to unpack, park and where our room was. He even checked to make sure we got to our room fine. I contacted the accommodation host a couple of times before we arrived, he responded quickly and was very helpful and pleasant. We had a very positive and wonderful stay in this condo. We would stay here again. This was my first time of booking with Vrbo, I will book with Vrbo again.

Best Location in Maui

This property is described perfectly in the listing, the owner/manager is very responsive. Property is well stocked and well supplied. We visited over the 4th of July and the property was quiet and clean - all staff were very friendly and very helpful!!

Our second time staying here was just as lovely as the first. Can’t beat the location. Walking distance to food, activities and a beautiful stretch of beach. Beautiful views of the mountains and ocean from the unit as well. The unit was clean, very quiet and well stocked. We were very happy with our choice to stay here again.

Great location with amazing views

We thoroughly enjoyed our week while staying at this property. From breakfasts on the lanai with an ocean view, to the close proximity to the beach, a well-equipped kitchen, and ample linens, our family felt very comfortable here. Given the opportunity, we would love to have a repeat visit. The pool area was lovely too, and mention needs to be made of the friendly and helpful staff as well. Thank you, Jim and Judy, for allowing us to stay in this beautiful spot!

Fabulous apartment with unbeatable location!

What an amazing stay we had here! The apartment is located at a wonderful resort, steps from the beach. 11th-floor views of ocean and hills. Nice deck. Lots of room, all the comforts and practical provisions one could hope for. We did only a little cooking but the grills downstairs were excellent. Beds super comfortable. Air conditioning was perfect. Whole place very clean. Kitchen adequately equipped. Great tv/cable, and adequate wifi. Very easy check in. Easy parking. We felt very safe the whole time. Super friendly and helpful resort staff. Perfect and near-instantaneous communication with our hosts, who were unbelievably accommodating and kind to us! Jim and Judy, we thank you most sincerely, and hope we can stay in your apartment during our next visit!

Wonderful stay

This unit was absolutely wonderful! It was very spacious for my family of 5. The mountain and ocean views were magnificent. The unit was well maintained, modern, and gorgeous throughout. My family and I had an absolute blast! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Great location and amenities. My family made great use of the pool, beach, and tennis courts.

We own a Fastener business in Clawson, Michigan and live in Brighton, Michigan, so going to Maui is a real treat for us. We get to Maui once a year to go through the condo from top to bottom to make sure everything is in order and replace any broken or misplaced items. During the year we have a Maid Service that does the cleaning and replaces anything that is needed. Our guests are given the Maid Service number so there is someone in Maui that can help you out in case there are any problems. Of course you can also always contact us while you are there.
