There is a third bedroom with a full/twin bunk bed & a desk. A spacious lanai is South facing and wraps around an open Family and Dining Room layout, with solid glass for lots of natural light. State-of-the-art window coverings separate inside from outside and allow you to have some shade and privacy at your demand.
Enjoy Bridgewater Bay's beautiful clubhouse with 2 huge swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, fitness center, pool table, bocce courts, playground, basketball courts and walking paths. At Sandy Feet Rentals™, we love Naples and we love sharing it with other people. When I (Deirdre) was young, Naples was our family getaway spot. Year after year, my family and I enjoyed the perfect weather, the beautiful beaches and nature, the best shopping, and a warm, laid-back culture that always made me leave feeling happier and rejuvenated. My husband Paul and I created the Sandy Feet Rentals™ brand to give renters our personal assurance that we will do everything in our power to make your experience great.

When looking for a property in Naples we were really "wowed" by this property. More spacious and open than almost every other condo we looked at. And the Bridgewater Bay neighborhood is beautifully kept and friendly. In our opinion, the best feature is that Bridgewater Bay has two large pools, including an outdoor 4-lane Olympic size lap pool in a large screened-n enclosure (the outside lanes are double wide for you close couples that like to swim side-by-side)! Very unusual!
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
This is a first floor condo with an attached garage and has 3 bedrooms plus 2-1/2 bathrooms. The living room and master suite both open to the wrap-around screened-in lanai through large sliding doors. The air in the condo is cleaned with the latest technology using an iWave-R attached to the central air handler. The condo is South Facing so we off the latest high-tech sun blocking shades in the Dining Room and sun-blocking vertical blinds for privacy and shade when desired in the Living Room and Breakfast Nook. The condo is bright and airy, and is in a quiet location, with only the sound of the fountain in the man-made finger lake that operates from 10AM to 10PM.
The Bridgewater Bay community center is amazing, offering 2 pools, hot tub, fully equipped workout facility, pool table and areas for socializing, playing cards or working on that memoir in an air conditioned club house. It has locker rooms with showers. You also have access to Tennis courts and a bacci ball court.
