Location could honestly not be more perfect!! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out with their own unique character & AMAZING food! Bakersfield is a personal favorite of ours for their delicious margaritas and the tacos are to die for.. and right down the block! Also must try Jeni's Ice Cream down the block as well, you will not be disappointed!!

Disclaimer :

You are right on N High Street, the busiest block in the Short North. Incredible for walking out the door into everything. Not ideal if you need total silence. Expect street traffic and bar noise at night, especially Thursday through Saturday. White noise machines, fans and earplugs are in every bedroom. If you are a light sleeper, message us before booking and we will find one of our quieter homes a few minutes away.

This home offers 1 street parking parking for 1 vehicle only, if parking for additional cars are needed, we can offer the same street permit parking for $15 per additional vehicle per night!

Other Things to Note:

✍🏻 A $300 security deposit hold is placed prior to arrival. This is not an actual charge and will be automatically released within 5–7 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or violations of the house rules

Guests may choose a non-refundable $59 Damage Waiver instead of the $300 security deposit hold. The Damage Waiver provides coverage for accidental damage that may occur during the stay, subject to its terms and conditions
