Quiet location with stunning view, close to downtown, wineries, beaches

I am the home owner working as a professional garden designer, organic gardener, art lover and avid traveller. I live with my husband on the top floor of the property while I offer short term rental in the guest suite in the lower floor with a separate entrance and semi-private patio area used only by guests . We like to meet new people, share tips for the area, engage in chat, if guests show interest in doing so, or we respect their privacy.

Breathtaking view of Okanagan Lake from almost anywhere in a safe residential neighbourhood as you stroll for early morning walk. Lot of nature sounds and scents and wildlife viewing. The area is quiet and residential with houses on 0.5 or more acres of land within large pine and Duglas fir trees and provincial parks near by. There is lot of hiking opportunity as several beautiful beaches are within minutes of driving.

The property is in great quiet neighbourhood in a location with great views of Okanagan lake and surrounding mountains and forests. The 1 bedroom apartment is comfortable, where bedroom and living room are separated with french doors and curtains . It allows peace and quiet to relax, read a book, watch movie or sit and enjoy the view but at the same time is good base for easy exploring the area. We are within minutes of great hikes, the Downtown area as well as West Kelowna Wine Trail and other great places. The suite is nicely decorated with kitchenette in living room (There is not full kitchen and no stove, but has a fridge, toaster, microwave andInstant Pot (Pressure cooker that also has slow cooker funciton). There is also semi-private outdoor patio space used only by guests, under a canopy of large magnolia tree, a patch of grassy area and two Adirondack chairs and small patio table, to relax while reading a book and enjoying view and nature sounds or have meals outdoors.
