The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home in Terra Verde Resort – a beautiful one-story, five-bedroom, three-bathroom house with a serene lake view and room for 12 to spread out and relax.



SLEEPING: a luxurious king main suite with ensuite bathroom, a queen bedroom and a room with two twin beds sharing a bathroom, a second king bedroom with shared bathroom, and a fun bunk room with two twin bunk beds – great for kids and cousins.

LIVING: a fully equipped kitchen for family breakfasts and a spacious living room with plenty of seating for movie nights.

OUTDOORS: your very own private pool overlooking the lake – heating is available for an extra fee, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival.

INCLUDED: fresh linens, towels, washer and dryer, and a welcome kit to get you started.

RESORT: registered guests enjoy Terra Verde's clubhouse with heated pool and spa, tiki bar, fitness center, game room, playground and sports courts.



LOCATION: minutes from Walt Disney World, with Universal, SeaWorld, shopping and restaurants all close by.

Guest Access:

The whole house is yours to enjoy – private pool, kitchen, laundry and every bedroom. As registered guests of Terra Verde Resort you also get to enjoy the clubhouse, heated resort pool and spa, tiki bar, fitness center, game room, playground and sports courts (all guest names must be registered before arrival). Parking is available at the home; the resort charges a one-time $25 non-refundable fee per car.



The Neighborhood:

Terra Verde Resort is a gated community in Kissimmee with 24/7 security and a fantastic clubhouse: a fitness center, game room, concierge and cyber café inside, and a heated pool and spa, tiki bar, volleyball and basketball courts and a playground outside. The resort also offers shuttle services and on-site management. Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld are all a short drive away, and shopping centers, restaurants and supermarkets along US-192 are just minutes from the gate.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore, and parking is right at the house ($25 one-time resort fee per car). Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 30–35 minutes by car; US-192 and I-4 whisk you to the theme parks, dining and shopping in no time. Prefer not to drive? The resort offers shuttle services, and Uber and Lyft are readily available.



Other Things to Note:

RESORT FEE: Terra Verde Resort charges a one-time $25 non-refundable fee per car.



PARKING: Please park fully within the driveway – never blocking the sidewalk or on the grass, as vehicles there may be towed. A third car must be parked parallel to the sidewalk, and all resort parking rules must be followed; failure to comply will result in towing at the guest's expense.



AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request. Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.



GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.



POOL & SPA HEATER (if applicable): The SPA is not a hot tub – it is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system, for an additional fee. The heater can take 24–48 hours to fully heat the water and is turned on once payment is processed, so please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F; for health and safety reasons we cannot raise it further. The pool and SPA share the same water temperature (the SPA is a warm-water area without hydromassage jets). Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool-heater refunds. In extreme cold (approx. 32°F–40°F) the heater keeps working but the water may feel colder because of heat loss – in these conditions the water warms only about 20 degrees above the outside temperature. Weather-related conditions are not a heater malfunction and do not qualify for a refund.



GRILL: Grill rental is available for a separate fee and must be requested before arrival. Propane exchange is not included.



HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and the resort is not responsible for unattended packages.



AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
