Centrally located in a quiet Palm Desert neighborhood, this beautifully appointed 3br/2ba pool home is the perfect vacation getaway featuring a private backyard with pool and spa, including mini-golf putting green.

A great outdoor entertainment area is the most important feature of every Southern California home, and few are as fantastic as offered here. The pictures say it all; tons of space, plenty of lounge seating, shaded dining, a fabulous pool, custom spa, large gas grill and unobstructed mountain views. Everything you need to vacation in style.

Inside, two neatly planned guest rooms with plush queen beds, flat screen HDTVs and large closets. Also, a handsome master bedroom with an ultra-comfortable king sized bed, flat screen HDTV, large en suite bathroom, and sliding glass walk-out to the pool.

The living space is elegantly designed with all the modern accommodations, including a large flat screen HDTV. Adjacent a formal dining area with seating for 6 and a gorgeously updated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and all the culinary tools you need to cook a gourmet meal.

Other features to note are the brand new washer and dryer, a spacious two car garage, indoor and outdoor ceiling fans. No pets are allowed.

COACHELLA AND STAGECOACH FESTIVALS: This home is just a 24 minute drive to the Empire Polo Grounds in Indio. Sq. Ft. 1271

This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.

Refundable Utility Deposit
The total rent includes a Utility Deposit of $1,000 refundable per month.
The utility deposit will be used to pay monthly gas and electric bills that when combined exceed $200.00.

Do not rent this property

It was a let down from the moment we walked in: Washing machine rime slimy and dirty Pots and pans scratched and worn Towels white grey with holes in them All sliding closet doors and outside sliders doors caked with dirt and had been there quite a long time No bedspread on guest bedroom Poor lighting throughout Rugs were not clean so be sure to wear slippers Microwave was damaged as if someone had taken a hammer and hit the trim Dust everywhere, owner said it was due to winds in the desert Pool deck needs to be refinished Bathroom fan was black and hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time I can’t believe that the rental company and owner can take our money with a smile on their face. I had a representative of the company come to go over my issue and sent all my pictures to them The pool was clean and was cleaned twice a week and the beach chairs were useable total dirty and ripping. We stayed 2/1/24 until 3/1/2, thank you Jesus it wasn’t longer Door bell did not work

Lovely house, with some initial hitches

We had a great stay at this property: it was a relaxing place to quarantine. The kitchen was well stocked, as was the house generally; it was spotlessly clean; and it was very comfortable. There were two things that made it less than perfect. One: the check in process was in person about 25 minutes away from the house at a management company's office. They said it's local mandate that checkins have to be in person, but it was both inconvenient and, in covid times, an unnecessary face-to-face indoors interaction. (The office felt very safe, but why not use a lockbox or keypad?) Two: the pool was underheated when we arrived and the hot tub was heated to the pool temperature. They said that a) it was because they'd only started heating it the day before we arrived (although there had been a booking there that left two days before we arrived), and b) there was something wrong with the heat pump. After about 24 hours of calls with Krystal in maintenance (who was wonderful), the problem was fixed. But that was only part of the pool woes: as it turns out, the owner wanted the pool heater not to be on overnight, which meant that the pool would only be at its advertised 86 degrees (there's a lot in the contract about pool temperature, fyi) by late afternoon, which means that you're paying for access to a pool that you'd really only want to use for a few hours a day in the evening. I had to negotiate with them to leave the heater on around the clock so we could actually have a morning swim, or a noon swim, without freezing. It seemed a little penny-pinching and duplicitous that we had to negotiate this concession, but by the time the heat pump was fixed, they'd agreed to leave it on for 24 hours a day. They also credited us $50 for a lost day of pool use (the credit hasn't yet appeared, but assuming it will). Overall, it's a nice house and a restful place to hang out: just make sure you're clear with them about pool heating expectations.

Perfect for a small family

This house was perfect for three of us. We spent most of our day in the pool where we felt so relaxed with how quiet the surrounding area is. The house itself was comfortable and clean, making it perfect to cook throughout the day and enjoy the family room at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Birthday Celebration

My wife, son and I wanted to get away to celebrate my wife’s birthday and our anniversary. The house and pool were perfect we’re a perfect secluded escape. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Managment company is not good

I emailed the management company after i reserved the property to make sure there were no guess at least one day before us for corona concern and they said after few days delay that has been vacant for month of June. but when we get there, the cleaning crow just left and they said previous guess just left. one night we all woke up with the alarm system issue and that alarm beep was on from 4AM to 9 AM. we called them at 4 and they said we dont have anybody till morning.

Perfect and Comfortable

This property is great. The house is the perfect size and while a very nice home, is not overly done, which makes it very comfortable. It had all of the utensils and supplies we needed to be comfortable and has an excellent floor plan. The best part of the entire place is obviously the pool area. It was the perfect size and temperature and very private. The seating area and furniture were also great and it was nice to have some shade over the outdoor dining table. The neighborhood is very quiet and everything is easy to get to. I will definitely stay here again.

Quite and relaxing

Everything was great. Clean nice size bedrooms. Garage door opener didn’t work but that did t really matter to me the spa didnt work for me either. Check in and check out was fine. I just didn’t like getting charge 100 dollars to fix a fridge door bin that I didn’t do with my family and it took them over 2 weeks to tell me about the supposedly crack door bin.

Paradise

The house is beautiful and exactly as the pictures show. Pool was perfect and relaxing. Loved that there were plenty of pool towels. There was also detergent and the essential kitchen items like salt and pepper. Everything was perfect and we didn’t even need to leave the house during our stay. This location is very quiet. We absolutely loved this house and would love to stay here again. Check in was a breeze at the office and the house caretaker was very helpful when we needed gas for the grill. Thank you Oranj Palm!

Met every expectation

We wanted five weeks to relax and eat. The entire experience from check-in to check-out was perfect. The house, yard and pool were more than the pictures showed and the area offers much. Will definitely book this property again.

Great stay!

This home was perfect for our stay. It has all the amenities you need, the beds are very comfortable and the pool is perfect for the hot weather. The home was very clean when we arrived and the check in and out process was easy. They have plenty of pool towels which I thought was great no need to bring your own. I kind of want to book the home again just to hang out and bbq! definitely recommend this home.
