Very nice unit. It had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated with nice glass objects. We had to put the glass up so our kiddos didn’t break them. View of pool and beach was beautiful.

Beach view was great. Pool and Tiki Hut were great (great food, music and atmosphere). I have mixed feelings about our stay. We attempted to enter the room at 3:01. The code wouldn't work. We were finally able to enter at 3:19. Upon entering, the unit smelled of old cigarette smoke and there was no water. Febreeze took care of the smoke smell and water service returned to the resort 2-3 hours later. I notified the host of a few issues and I hope they're resolved before the next guest (door to balcony, key lock instructions, a/c mold/humidity and bathroomaink water pressure). Toilet and sinks where clean. Bathtub/shower is old and needs work. There's some type of water restriction device under the bathroom sink so the water pressure is just above a trickle. We washed our hands and brushed our teeth at the tub or kitchen sink. The bed mattresses are sub par but the egg crate cover helped a lot more than I thought it would. I do not recommend subjecting anyone to the pull-out couch bed and limit your party to 4. It was horrible! The space was decorated nicely. They just need some deep cleaning on the a/c system/vents, mold above the cabinets, ceiling fan, under the microwave and the stove knobs. We cleaned some things and left it a little better than when we got there.

We also apologize for the temporary water outage, which was a building-wide issue outside of our control. We appreciate you notifying us of the maintenance items you encountered, and we're glad you brought them to our attention so they can be addressed. Regarding the cleanliness concerns, we're disappointed to hear they did not meet your expectations. Had we been made aware of all of these items during your stay, we would have gladly sent our housekeeping team back to address them. Your comments have been shared with both our housekeeping and maintenance teams for follow-up. Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate your suggestions and are glad there were many aspects of your stay you enjoyed. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience in the future.

The beds were horrible and the shower was horrible. The beds were the old spring mattresses tgat you woukd have in a kids cabin. I did complain and after tge 2nd night, theu brought in mattress toppers. It was better however for the price, the mattresses should be perfect. Im not exaggerating. It was sleeping on springs. The shower water pressure was super low. We made due. Glad to get home.

Had a great time!

This room was nice a clean. It was our first time staying in this room but we have stayed at the Hawaiian INN many times and love it. Location of the room was great because it was the second floor and close to the lobby so easy access. The food and drinks at the tiki bar were great as always! So nice being back at the Hawaiian Inn!

Spring Break 2022

Over priced but good location

I rented for relatives who were visiting. They said the beds were weird and not comfortable. They were senior citizens, enjoyed 2nd floor

Great stay!

The condo was clean and cute, gorgeous ocean and pool view. My only very minor issue was there was no blanket provided for the pull out sofa. No big deal. Would definitely stay there again!

Beach trip

We love the Hawaiian Inn, this is our 4th visit, but first stay in a condo, so with bringing a baby, it was perfect! We enjoyed the main pool & the indoor pool, it’s awesome & never busy! The lobby of the hotel is very pleasant & tropical, the grounds are kept clean, and the outdoor furniture has been updated. The Tiki Bar was nice & had great food & cold drinks, & made it convenient to spend an afternoon by the pool! We felt safe with the presence of security guards, & the fact you had to use a combo for access to the beach & indoor pool. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!
