Overall, the stay was good. The water to the entire building was shut down for several hours one day and the pool was closed early one night for electrical work, both of which are out of the owners control. The only negative about the actual room was the AC isn’t up to date so it didn’t get as cool as we’re use to at home. The lowest it got was 74/75, which was still doable. Host was easy to converse with. Check in was a breeze. Walk to pool and beach were so easy!

Everything was perfect. Staff was exceptionally friendly. The maintenance department was on staff every day and very attentive. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The beach couldn't be closer.

A/C wouldn't cut of the first night and we froze. They fixed it but didn't tell us maintenance was coming. Water pressure is good until you turn the shower on. It's got to be a clog of some sort. We were sniffling and coughing only while in the room. Maybe clean the vents. Other than that. Room is great and spacious. If those issues get fixed, we would definitely rent it again.

Very pleased!

The condo was clean, newly renovated, and the pictures were an accurate representation of the unit. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the cool temperature inside. It was also very convenient to be within a short walking distance to the beach.

Very nice unit. It had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated with nice glass objects. We had to put the glass up so our kiddos didn’t break them. View of pool and beach was beautiful.

Beach view was great. Pool and Tiki Hut were great (great food, music and atmosphere). I have mixed feelings about our stay. We attempted to enter the room at 3:01. The code wouldn't work. We were finally able to enter at 3:19. Upon entering, the unit smelled of old cigarette smoke and there was no water. Febreeze took care of the smoke smell and water service returned to the resort 2-3 hours later. I notified the host of a few issues and I hope they're resolved before the next guest (door to balcony, key lock instructions, a/c mold/humidity and bathroomaink water pressure). Toilet and sinks where clean. Bathtub/shower is old and needs work. There's some type of water restriction device under the bathroom sink so the water pressure is just above a trickle. We washed our hands and brushed our teeth at the tub or kitchen sink. The bed mattresses are sub par but the egg crate cover helped a lot more than I thought it would. I do not recommend subjecting anyone to the pull-out couch bed and limit your party to 4. It was horrible! The space was decorated nicely. They just need some deep cleaning on the a/c system/vents, mold above the cabinets, ceiling fan, under the microwave and the stove knobs. We cleaned some things and left it a little better than when we got there.

We also apologize for the temporary water outage, which was a building-wide issue outside of our control. Regarding the cleanliness concerns, we're disappointed to hear they did not meet your expectations. Had we been made aware of all of these items during your stay, we would have gladly sent our housekeeping team back to address them. Wonderful condo!

Pictures are very true to what it is. The condo itself is clean and new. Things were stocked up and the kitchen had everything we needed. The resort was awesome & the bar was a fun environment. It’s a fair price for what you get and we will stay again next year!

Spring Break 2022

Over priced but good location

I rented for relatives who were visiting. They said the beds were weird and not comfortable. They were senior citizens, enjoyed 2nd floor

Great stay!

The condo was clean and cute, gorgeous ocean and pool view. My only very minor issue was there was no blanket provided for the pull out sofa. No big deal. Would definitely stay there again!
