Luxury ground floor condo, decorated in Southwestern style. 2 bedroom condo in Villa Esperanza. King luxury bed in master bedroom, luxury queen bed in second bedroom, and sofa bed in living room. Gated community minutes from historic Old Mesilla. Exercise room and swimming pool located in complex. Host Ana takes care of their guests like they are family, with great warmth and friendship. Enjoy our southwest cozy abode elegantly decorated in modern southwest style and the most comfortable beds and bedding.

We allow one dog under 50 lbs. with a non-refundable $125.00 deposit.

Why Las Cruces, NM, USA:
We are close to interstate 1-10 which will take you into El Paso, Texas in 50 minutes with the El Paso, Texas airport about 1 hr. away. There is also the Sunland Park Racetrack and Casino. Along the way there is a big outlet store mall for lots of great shopping. We have Ruidoso Downs and Casino and the Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort, run by the Apache tribe is just 2 hours away! We have Truth or Consequences which is the home of Elephant Butte Dam with lots of boating and fun water sports. This is only 1 hour away. We are on the border of Mexico. We are the proud Aggies of New Mexico State University and enjoy the beautiful Organ Mountains panoramic view. We have the Picacho Country Club where there is golf a few minutes away plus we have other golf courses such as New Mexico State University Golf Course, Sonoma Golf Course, and Red Hawk Golf Course. We are an hour away from the White Sands Missile Range and Space Museum. We are also one hour away from Spaceport America. We are three hours from Albuquerque, New Mexico and four hours away from Santa Fe, New Mexico. We are the Land of Enchantment. We have different festivals going on all year round such as: Día de Los Muertos, Cinco de Mayo Fiesta, Las Cruces Film Festival, The Las Cruces Symphony Orchestra, The Rio Grande Theater, Community Theater, Black Box Theater, The Downtown Farmers Market on Saturdays, The Electric Light Parade on the Fourth of July, plus many more fun events. Quiet stay on our journey through the SW.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo the unit was exceptionally clean and outfitted perfectly. We ate most of our meals “in” and appreciated the well portioned and supplied kitchen.

We absolutely would come back to this property without hesitation. It had all the comforts of home. The fireplace was a plus, the location was perfect, and it felt like home the minute we walked in. The host had thought of everything including extra things like a sewing kit and the things that you just don’t think to take with you on a vacation! Beautiful and comfortable! One of our best vacation stays!

Loved the condo, well stocked with everything we needed, except for a broom. We were there during a few dust storm days and could have used a broom for the balcony. The location was great. A very peaceful and safe complex. Hope to return!

The condo is a great location for seeing various sites of interests and easy freeway access. The condo itself was very comfortable and well stocked. The complex was quiet but when we did encounter other guests or residents everyone was friendly and helpful. I will definitely consider returning. Debra

WONDERFUL! I loved it!

What a delightful condo! I loved the Southwest architecture with its open vigas, beautiful artwork & lighted nichos. It was spotless & had very comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, but there are very good restaurants within easy walking distance. As a single senior, I felt very safe. Ana was most helpful - always available to answer questions with a smile. I already plan to come back next year. Thanks for a wonderful visit.

Lovely condo minutes from New Mexico State University and the plaza in Old Mesilla.

This is a great condo in a terrific location in Las Cruces, NM. Steps from the pool with two patios for relaxing. Master suite with spacious bath and second bedroom next to second bath. Very nice kitchen with everything we needed. Ana could not have been more responsive or accommodating. Nice bottle of wine and New Mexico salsa waiting for us when we arrived. Thanks Ana. We'll be back!

Highly recommended!

This two bedroom, two bathroom, first-floor, condo is so comfortable, well maintained, and perfectly clean! It had everything we needed, including beach towels for the pool, just steps away from the front door. The living room seating and beds were very comfortable! This complex is quiet, yet close to Old Mesilla, or a hop onto the interstate. We have stayed in several nice VRBO's in Las Cruces, but this is our favorite so far! Ana is prompt to answer questions or assist with any need. She even switched the complimentary bottle of wine to a non-alcoholic drink at our request, prior to our arrival! I hope this unit is available next time we come to Las Cruces! (Visited July 1-6, 2018)

Best Condo Ever!

Rented for 7 days. Had pantry items, comfy beds, super clean and a great hostess. Pictures match what you get. Beautiful southwest décor with two patios. We've traveled the world with our jobs. This condo gets 5 stars because it has everything. You will be delighted. Ana is a wonderful hostess. Very Attentive. She gives a bottle of local wine & salsa. Yummy. Plenty of plush, thick bath towels and bath soap! We will be back in a few months to rent this condo. The gated community provides security and the pool is a plus. Nothing but the best!

We enjoyed our stay, Ana shared all the necessary information before we arrived so check in was an easy process. The unit was clean and comfortable, and Ana was very responsive to any questions we had. We will be back in Mesilla and will reach out to Ana again when we return.
