The Space:

One of the many perks of staying at this four-bedroom home is its great location within walking distance to the Chatham fish pier and the downtown area. A favorite pastime of residents and visitors alike is watching commercial fishing boats unload their haul for the day at the fish pier (a half mile away). Downtown Chatham is less than a mile from the home. Here you'll find restaurants (The Chatham Squire, Impudent Oyster, Bluefins Saki & Sushi Bar) and plenty of shopping. There are also many attractions within a mile, including Cape Cod Baseball League games at Veterans Field, films at the historic Chatham Orpheum; Oyster Pond Beach for swimming; and fun exhibits at the Shark Center, where you can learn all about Atlantic White Sharks.

Other perks include a spacious backyard with a deck and a dining table for six, an outdoor shower, fire pit, plus a picnic table for eight set on a well-manicured lawn, as well as a ping pong table in the basement.

Very nice home in a great town. The house was bigger (and nicer) than we expected. One large bedroom en suite downstairs, three upstairs with one bath. Need to pass through the middle bedroom to get to the one at the far end, Nice places to sit outside. Our only issue is that check out time is earlier than we usually see, but we were able to get it extended an hour.We’d be back here in a heartbeat. Really liked the house.

House was nice . Unfortunately when I checked in the smoke alarm was going off 2 men for an unrelated issue showed up at the door without my knowledge to fix a water issue which was never resolved . The kitchen had water on the floor our entire stay from the leak which was troublesome as we were there for my son’s wedding and the problem was becoming intrusive.We had to mop the floor and empty buckets of water while there.There was no apology or restitution for the inconvenience.

Wonderful time in chatham

Took my family to chatham for a week and had a great time. The check in process was very easy with the door lock and the house was very clean. This was the perfect location to walk to main street, the chatham fish pier market, and the beach. Thank you for a smooth stay!

Wedding in Chatham

What an amazing place to stay!! We were here for our son’s wedding and fell in love with Chatham. The home we stayed in was perfect location to the venue. It was beautiful, very clean and spacious!! We hope to revisit in the future.

The best house ever

We absolutely loved the house. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was so clean and well maintained. The location was perfect. The property managers were polite and responsive. We will definitely come back again.

Great house

House was very nice. Kitchen was fully stocked with all kinds of pots pans cooking utensils, nice wine glasses. It was roomy enough for all to spread out, and we loved the outdoor shower. One reason for the 4 vs 5 star on location is due to the busy street the house is on, lot of traffic. But a plus to the location was being able to walk into town, or to the small beach near the Fish Pier. The upstairs layout was a bit of a surprise, with one bedroom between 2 the other 2. One bedroom had access to the bathroom, but the end bedroom would have to walk though the middle bedroom to reach the upstairs bathroom. There was a staircase from the end bedroom down into the garage then back into the house to access the downstairs bathroom, which is what we did so the middle bedroom not disturbed...this worked for us but might not for older people.

Had a nice visit - the house was even cuter and more spacious in person than in the photos. Clean and comfortable. Easily slept 6 adults and 1 toddler. From a toddler standpoint, we did have to keep a close eye out - there were lots of cabinets with glass items within easy reach, but we didn't expect it to be toddler-proof, and it was great it terms of having lots of space for floor play. We enjoyed the easy walks to town and the pier. Also! There's a half-bath on the main floor that isn't clearly posted on the listing stats. All in all, a great stay.

This house was wonderful! Minutes to town, restaurants and things to do. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and the ping pong table in the basement was a hit with my kid. Lots of great places to sit outside and enjoy the summer weather. Host was a great communicator and checking in/out was a breeze. We’ll be back!

The house was lovely. We visited Chatham for the annual Winter Stroll. The home was close to town. Very spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Family Weekend

There were 8 of us who stayed at this property for the long Columbus Day weekend. Six adults (my wife and I, my two children, their partners and my two grand-children, ages 3 and 6. The property is extremely well maintained and what is shown and stated in the literature is exactly what you get. The location is ideal with short walks or short rides to many nearby shops, restaurants and attractions. The communication from the hosts was most impressive and no question was left unanswered. After our first night, we began talking about returning next year. A terrific place to stay!

Great house, great location

I stayed in this house with my husband, son and in-laws. We loved the convenient location of the house to the local shopping and the Chatham Pier/Fish Market. We loved watching the seals at the Pier and walking to local bakeries. The house was quaint New England style and was in a perfect location on the Cape. I would come back and stay here again
