The Cooper Young bungalow was cute and comfortable, we had everything we needed for our stay. The team was quick to respond to any messages and address any issues. The midtown home was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Perfect size for one or two people. The unit was clean and sufficiently stocked with necessary amenities such as bathroom soap and shampoo as well as kitchen utensils. Bed was comfortable and living room area was comfortable as well. Check in and out extremely easy and communication with management was excellent. They respond quickly to any questions. Air conditioning consisted of a window units in the living room and bedroom. Bedroom unit was a little loud but kept me comfortable. Street parking with plenty of room. Would return.

The place is really clean, 5*. And, you can’t beat the location of this property in terms of taking advantage of the Cooper Young area. You are within walking distance to it all, yet a few streets over so not as noisy. That being said the area has older homes and this is definitely one of them. The floors are uneven, the doors don’t all open/close properly, appearance is a put-off, etc. It’s run down and was not nearly as nice as other properties on Vrbo by this company. My opinion overpriced for what you get.

Good for the price

Great midtown location! Nice neighborhood, good for walking and close to Central BBQ-one of my favorites. It is not a high end venue, but It had everything we needed for a long weekend. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable. Street parking.

Clean, quiet and comfortable

I loved this spacious unit with beautiful floors and comfortable, stylish furnishings. I slept well! The bed was very comfortable. I had a hard time with the keyless, put in a code door. It required a little bit of finesse, which I didn’t have after a long day of traveling and the warm temperature. I got the hang of it though. I would stay here again.

Thanks so much for the kind words. I’m glad the space felt comfortable and that you slept well — that means a lot. I hear you on the door code being a bit tricky after a long travel day; we’ll take a closer look to see if it can be made more intuitive. Would love to host you again anytime.

The Good and the Bad

The stay at the rental was actually nice. It was clean and comfortable and had everything that you needed. The problem was with the security check in process. I nearly had to cancel because of the problems getting the information to the check in personnel.

Not for me

First time in Memphis, the stay at this place is loud with trains and airplanes. Also you can hear the neighbors who are staying in the other side, plus the entrance is a screen door that is not locked the people next door came in and out all night. If you want quiet this isn’t it. Owner is great at communicating.

Amazing

We came for the Memphis Monster Con and had a BLAST! Overall the place we stayed at was very nice especially since my husband and I live with our 17 year old nephew and my 82 year old father in law and it is quite stressful, our cooper young apartment was quite except for the occasional crazy commotion from the neighbors in apartment , but we will definitely be coming back the next time the monster con is in town!!! Definitely recommend for someone else to stay and our host was quick to respond with any issues we had but it was minor!!
