The Space: My space is conveniently located less than 5 miles from Downtown shopping, nightlife, museums, Races, Restaurants, Interstates and much more! The home is also an easy less than a mile walk to Winn Dixie shopping center that has clothing stores, restaurants, fast food, liquor store etc. I am also 20-25 Minutes away from one of the most highly rated beaches in America, St Pete Beach! I am also 5 minutes away from the Interstate, and TPA is 12 miles away and PIE is 5.7 miles away.

Wonderful stay

Property was as described- newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Excellent shower - hot with great pressure!Property manager was responsive to messages quickly - very positive person!

Great spot close to everything

We had a great stay at Mimi's place. It is clean & close to St. Pete's downtown area. Mimi was very responsive with any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice accommodation

I was in town to visit with my cousin and this accommodation was in a very safe and convenient location. Shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Mimi was a great host and the cleanliness was so very much appreciated. I am planning on a return stay for my next trip to St. Petersburg.

Went to learn how to wingfoil but the weather was not that conducive for learning but the place was great for the price and the location is close to everything

Great studio

Just as listed, this place was perfect for us. I wish there was a light on the front door, as we had to check in in the dark with our phones to light the way, but everything else was fine.

Great guest, communicated well with me. Left my apartment nice and clean. I made it a point to have the outside light on, not sure what happened upon arrival, I think cleaners shut it off by accident. Happy to host again anytime!

St. Petersburg, stay.

This property provided just the right size and scope of what we needed for a semi-extended stay in the St. Petersburg area. It was a hub or us to be able to travel with friends and do other things. The large bright bathroom was an added plus that we didn't really expect. Mimi was excellent. Almost seems like she was on standby the whole time in case we needed anything.

Safe,clean secure.

I'm an ex Florida Cracker, that has been away awhile, and I needed a place to stay to visit my best friend. Everything above the property would want to make a person want to live in the neighborhood, and it is close to Everything you would want to possibly do for an adventure. I spent the first five years of my life down the street, and 48 years later, its still a nice area. Super nice and clean. Nice soft bed. Ac works well, the outside sitting area is very breezy and quiet at all hours. This is the best place to stay for me and will be back. Mrs. Guzman was the best. Thank you

Stayed 30 days. Got one change of towels.Left 3 dished in sink, the 3 cubic foot refrigerator was left with a minor juice spill, towels were left “dirty” I washed them myself 4 times diring my stay but I refuse to launder and dry used towels and linens at check out.For this I was told it took 4 hours to clean!!! I could have cleaned and repainted the whole place in 4 hours!My advice, look elsewhere. Don’t be fooled by the cheap daily rate. Your red flag should be the requirement to purchase insurance. I overlooked this flag and paid for it!Also, the listing I booked promised a hot tub and bbq grill. Neither were provided and no discount to make up for the inaccurate listing

The home was filthy upon departure and Steve did not stay the entire time. He let his girlfriend that he blatantly lied to me about stay there for half the time without him. When I asked about her initially, he said he just had a “visitor” for a couple days. I specifically told him the reason I needed to know how many people were in the home is so that I could provide enough towels for the stay. I tried to come over to switch out towels as a courtesy, but the Girlfriend would never answer the door and he never provided a contact number for her nor did he pay for the extra guest fee. I had no way to reach her, and she did not follow any of the rules; she smoked in my apartment disregarding the no smoking signs, left raw tuna inside the refrigerator that leaked everywhere; never took out the trash even though the trash Schedule was provided inside the apartment & I even reminded Steve about it. I tried everything I could to accommodate, never again to people who lie this much.

I love the location of this home, I moved to Meadowlawn subdivision middle of 2017. My apartment is located in a convenient location, and offers easy access to interstates, TPA and PIE airports. Winn Dixie grocery store & shopping center is .3 miles (easy walk) up the street, that offers shopping and Dining. Gateway Shopping center is .9 miles, and has a Publix, Target, Millers Ale House, Home Goods and much more. There is also a variety of health food stores in the area like Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Rollin Oats to name a few. Quiet neighborhood and wonderful/thoughtful neighbors.

It’s not right in the middle of everything BUT it’s close to everything. Its calm and near a ton of great restaurants, has very little traffic to get around
