This is one house you will have all the comforts of home while you are away! It’s the perfect set up and in a great location Come enjoy this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a separate casita adjacent from the front door (it's the perfect set up), private heated pool to 85 degrees plus a small heated tub that gets up to 102 degrees (no jets). There is a $75.00 per night pool heat fee that is automatically applied to each booking from October 1st through May 31st. Pool and outdoor tub can't be heated any other months.





The backyard is great for entertaining and features a large, covered patio with outdoor dining, a putting green, a BBQ grill and lounge chairs! Easy freeway access and close to Old town Scottsdale where you can bike along the canal to Old Town using any of the six adult bicycles or one child bicycle. Enjoy Old Town's great restaurants, nightclubs and galleries plus Salt River Fields (Diamondbacks), Giants Spring Training, zoo, aquarium and Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall features an upscale, contemporary shopping complex with more than 200 stores, restaurants and a movie theater.



*Traveling with a dog? No problem your pup can catch some Arizona rays and sunbathe right along with you on the lounge chairs. If you are traveling with your dog let us know upon booking. Your reservations will require a $250 + tax non refundable pet fee in addition to the total on the checkout page so we will need to add this to your reservation after you book the home.



Take your dog(s) to the Chaparral dog park only one mile away from this home and just 1 block away there is also a regular park (Agua linda park)!

Walk in and feel right at home with the sunk in living room that features a sleeper sofa (queen size), 2 chairs, decorative fireplace and a 80" smart TV with Youtube TV live. You will enjoy the open concept between the living room and kitchen all while enjoying the great views of the backyard. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare you meals featuring plenty of counter and cupboard space, stove, large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, utensils, pots & pans and more. There is seating for 9 with Barstool around the large kitchen island plus outdoor dining for 14. The master bedroom has a King size bed, 55” Smart TV, dresser and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and single sink. The first guest bedroom features a Queen size bed, 40” Smart TV and a Chair. The second guest bedroom features a Queen size bed, 40” Smart TV and a Chair. The guest bathroom has a double sinks and a tub/shower combo. There is a laundry room has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay.



There is a courtyard between the main house and the casita with outdoor seating to enjoy your morning coffee! The separate casita which is situated across the courtyard features a Queen size bed, 40” Smart TV and a Chair along with a kitchenette with small fridge, desk and chair and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a single sink.



Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.

Free Fun! Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. You may choose to go to the Phoenix Zoo in the morning then golf at lunch and then Medieval times that evening.
