A fully equipped kitchen with an additional kitchenette downstairs both with convectional microwave cooking facilities, dishwasher, induction cooktop and family size fridge/ freezer. Two bedrooms downstairs both with ensuites fitted with showers, toilets and vanities and the bonus of a complete linen package and bed making. Upstairs features a stunning 2 way bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles and free standing bath, shower, toilet and double vanity along with one bedroom including a ceiling fan and access to the main bathroom.

The outdoor area provides an additional footprint for relaxation, with a private balcony presenting stunning views of the surrounding areas. This duplex offers a truly immersive stay with all the necessary conveniences for a luxury experience from top-notch kitchen facilities, two dining areas, to a smart TV for entertaining nights in with limited Wi-Fi (10GB per booking).

Guests will appreciate the warmth of both the reverse cycle and split system air conditioning, the convenience of garage parking accommodating for two cars, to the fully equipped laundry in the garage.

Both upstairs and downstairs living area opens out to a large balcony with outdoor dining, a great place for alfresco dining while enjoying the ocean views across Fingal Bay. Fingal Bay View is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and shops, a little further down to Fingal Bay Surf Club, Longboat Café and Fingal Bay Bowling Club.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone. There were cockroaches , the couch was broken , the carpet was covered in brown stains , the bbq was dripping with rust , there was a leak when it rained , the bedding was dirty and there was sand everywhere when we checked in. Not what you expect when you pay so much money per night !

Hi Sophie, I did not hear from you during your stay, I could have had any issues rectified for you immediately. The house was cleaned the morning of your arrival, with all bedding changed over also. I am surprised you didnt reach out to let me know? There is also no carpet in the property so I am not sure what you are referring to there. Kind regards - McGrath Port Stephens

Fingal Bay Holiday

House is new and very clean throughout. Well setup and nice with the large flat screen tv's. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable though which spoilt our stay. Also, both hotplates in kitchens (downstairs kitchenette and upstairs kitchen) didn't work which was annoying as we had purchased food to cook as it was raining (we wanted to stay inside and have some home cooked meals). Due to the fact that my whole family couldn't sleep well on these beds (and thin pillows) we left 1 day early. We paid for 4 nights, stayed 3 nights

The cooktops in both kitchens are induction cooktops and can be tricky to use, I could have helped you with this over the phone had I have known you were having difficulty. Thank you
