As you enter you will be greeted by a wall of windows showcasing the amazing view. Sliders lead out to a spacious deck overlooking the shoreline. The living room and kitchen offer plenty of seating for a large group to cook and socialize. The kitchen is fully stocked and opens to a dining area. Main floor offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and lower level has an additional family room, guest bedroom and full bath plus laundry.

Located in Norton Shores, this cottage is minutes from downtown Muskegon and just a short drive to nearby Spring Lake/Grand Haven. Explore these coastal towns and enjoy dining, drinking, and shopping with breweries, boutiques, events, and waterfront dining options that dot the landscape.

PARKING
There is ample room alongside and in front of the house for 4 or more vehicles.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, a starter supply of paper and cleaning products and after hours emergency maintenance services. "The house was amazing, it accommodated 4 families perfectly. All of the furniture and appliances were in good condition, the layout of the house is really neat, it seemed bigger in person than it did in the pictures. The huge deck had plenty of lounge chairs and a great view of lake Michigan. The beach area in front of the house was pretty much private (when we were there at least), we had the beach to ourselves.. The management company in charge of the property did a good job of communicating leading up to check-in with instructions, wi-fi passwords, door lock keycodes, check-out instructions. Great location, short drives to Downtown Muskegon and Michigan Adventures. All in all a great Michigan vacation."
