Breath-taking ocean views are just the beginning in a long list of wonderful holiday features at Nautica. Located front row in the North Lorne, only 2 minutes walk to the beach and a rare flat walk to town, the home sprawls across three levels and features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, multiple indoor and outdoor living areas and much more.
Nautica is as outstanding in its ability to find space for separation. as it does bringing everyone together. Polished timber floors throughout living spaces and warm carpeted bedrooms offer a perfect balance of practicality and comfort. Lazing by the open fire in winter or enjoying a glass of wine on one of the 5 decks in the warmer months, the home is truly a year round destination.
Working from the ground up is a large second living / rumpus and powder room. The first floor houses 4 generous bedrooms (two with balconies), double bathroom, separate toilet, laundry and access to the fully fenced rear yard. The top floor is the true star of this home with endless views spanning from the Great Ocean Road and Split Point Lighthouse, around to the Lorne Pier and Surf Life Saving Club, greeting you as soon as you take the last stair. This level provides open plan living with kitchen, dining, lounge, open fire-place, sunroom, front and rear balconies.
Front row North Lorne offers easy beach access, privacy and proximity to both nature walks and the hustle of cosmopolitan Lorne. A brisk flat walk will have you into town inside 15 minutes but most will choose a lazy stroll and take in the spectacular rock pools, beach and native vegetation along the ocean walk.
Contemporary beach styling ensures a fun holiday ambiance at Nautica. As do the crashing waves in the foreground. Just what you need to switch off, relax and unwind.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Nice view. Good location.
House did not match the photos. It is an older property. Cleaniness needs improving. Even had used pillow case with lipstick on it. Not value for money.

We enjoyed our stay very much. My feedback is honest. Informing of some things that I found disappointing but did not overshadow by any means.
I feel it was a bit over priced.
There was a half roll of toilet paper in the 2 toilets and no extra. We were accused of making a big yellow stain on the bed and carpet about a week after leaving. I assure we most certainly did not do either of these!
Told I sound young and that "we dont want young guests so to tell a bit about ourselves "
Check in is late friday and check out very early sunday. Not really 2 days. When I booked I kindly requested 1pm check in instead of 3pm and check out at 12pm instead of 10am. I was informed that this shouldn't be a problem and to contact right before our stay to remind. I did remind and the receptionist said she'd speak to the cleaners to confirm and call me back. She instead sent a text message to say we can't do that and the cleaners are coming at 10am on Sunday morning. There were no cleaners waiting to come at 10am or 10.30am for that matter. It wouldn't have been difficult to arrange with the cleaners at the time of our booking.
We bought firewood. There were 3 logs for the fireplace, it would have been nice if that was provided. The bird life is fantastic. We made friends with King parrots and cockatoos on the balcony with primo ocean views. It was a comfortable and a fun stay.
Dog friendly is excellent although we didn't end up having dogs there.
All in all I would happily recommend.
