When I was naming our business, I tried to think of a name that expressed the feel of our cabin. Relaxing Escape said it all; you described it perfectly!

Thanks so much for your review. We really appreciate that you mentioned the new patio furniture. We are responding to a request made by one of our guests for a picnic table and we decided to add bench seats as well. Our lawn chairs circle the fire pit and we have recently added a wood box for kindling. We have also added two new bar stools to the kitchen. We love working with our guests to make it the best possible time ever. Im glad it worked so well for you. Love to have you again, Sincerely, Bernie and Naomi

Hi Lana, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you encountered. - Prior to your stay, we had a last minute reservation that we were unaware of. As soon as you reached out to make us aware of your concerns we promptly responded and went to the property to address the issue. This was an oversight that does not typically happen, and again we sincerely apologize and have taken steps to ensure this does not recur for future guests. - When we were aware of the issue with the fridge, we did a reset and assumed the issue was resolved. We later found out after your stay that the refrigerator was not cooling efficiently after the reset. We have since replaced the refrigerator. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Hi Sharon, we're glad you enjoyed your stay overall, but we're sorry cleanliness issues impacted your visit. After going over your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following: - Thank you for staying with us and providing this feedback. - We're sorry the cleanliness fell short. Our housekeepers will be doing spring cleaning from top to bottom. - We are spending our resources on the much larger needed items first, and the decor will be updated in time as well. Thanks again for staying, we hope you return soon!

From the owner: Randall, thanks for your review! We have updated the cornhole game so it is in great condition for our guests. We also purchased the property next door, and we'll be working on some leveling for a game area. We're so glad you enjoyed your visit!

Hi Abrielle, we're sorry to hear your stay fell short of expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We have replaced the full-sized bed with a new mattress to provide an even more comfortable stay for our guests. - We use professional photography for the home, so the layout, decor, and furniture you see on the listing are as advertised. - We also include a map on our listing so that guests can see the approximate location of the home and surrounding area prior to booking, but we apologize that this caught you off guard. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback!

Thanks for your helpful response. We enjoyed meeting you. Come again!

We love being able to share our cabin and destination with our guests. The ATV trail is a great asset, and we've recently added a half circle driveway for larger rigs to drive in and out. We are happy to have added two smart TVs and roku stick and a computer for your convenience.
