Great Family stay

Arrow River Front Villa is the perfect place to stay with a large group in Winter Park. The number of bedrooms allowed our 3 families to spread out and have their own space. The large gathering space also allowed us to come together for meals and games. The staff was also very responsive to our needs and came within the hour when we needed a new coffee pot. The location is also great allowing easy access to the slopes as well as walking around downtown. I highly recommend Arrow River Front Villas!

Great house for a large group. Bunk room does not have a door and stayed too hot but the rest of the property was perfect and we would stay again.

Winter Park Escape

Our family stayed here for 5 days and it was the perfect getaway trip with enough space for everyone! Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping options!

Great place for multiple families

We stayed with 12 people (3 families) great space for folks to spread out, Nintendo switch for kids to play in the basement, hot tub was fabulous, and a quick walk to the free shuttle for a ride to the ski resort. Last the location was right next to great restaurants and shopping. Would stay again.

NYE Ski Trip

Great property, close to the free bus to get to the mountain, clean and large enough for our entire group to spread out and relax after hitting the slopes. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay

We had a group trip and stayed at this townhouse and it was absolutely beautiful just like the photos. The house has stunning views and a lot of places are in walking distance. The only thing that I wish was different was the amount of stairs but the overall house was great.

Perfect spot!

The townhouse suited our needs perfectly and the location was great. The house is well furnished with plenty of extra bedding, supplies etc. The kitchen was well stocked and was fun to cook a meal in. We'd love to come back again!

Great times!

This space was beautiful and spacious. Perfect set up for our two family vacation with 5 teenagers. Beautiful views for morning coffee on the deck to watch the sunrise. Easy access to restaurants, most with in walking distance. Only complaint was the partying neighbors a couple of nights.

Beautiful Townhome in great location

We were a group of 3 families and all fit perfectly. Our teens were happy to have the basement floor with the bunks, a queen bedroom, and a sitting area and the adults loved our upper floor rooms with beautiful views. The whole place was well stocked and very comfortable. The location was in downtown Winter Park and just a short drive to the mountain.

Family reunion

beautiful facility and great location. Be sure to explain numerous stairs as a couple of us had difficulty with so many. Winter Park Escapes was great for our young people. Some of us are going back!

Family reunion

Property was beautiful and location was great. Ice maker could not keep up so bought our own ice. Too many stairs for some of us. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Fun filled time in Winter Park

Beautiful home with great views, well appointed, and great location! Responsive to request for hot tub water top-off. We hiked the Fraser trail, Biked Fraser to Granby and horseback riding in nearby Grand Lake. Easy walks to great coffee spots, breakfast, lunch and dinner spots. All in all, a great family trip. So much to see and do, and never enough time. We’ll be back!

Nice place, great location, well stocked kitchen. Lots of stairs! Noisy after 10pm due to inconsiderate renters in a different condo.

The town does have quiet hours from 10pm - 8am so if you are ever in that situation again, you can call the cops and ask them to stop by that home. Very Modern Townhome

We stayed with 4 adults and 3 kids. There are a lot of stairs so that is something to be aware of when booking. Overall unit was clean. Unfortunately the garage was broken so we could not ustilize it during our stay.

Summer Stay

We so enjoyed our stay with Winter Park Escapes. The townhome was so clean, had an amazing location and had everything we needed. The hosts were attentive and helped us out when we needed - we had one issue with a bedroom. Maintenance was out within two hours and it was fixed. While a lot of stairs, the home was perfect for 5 kids and 8 adults - we all had enough space, especially with the different floors (lots of stairs!). We would definitely stay here, or at their other locations, again!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Needed five bedrooms, we didn't realize the bunk room only fit the actual beds and did not have a door, no room for pack 'n plays for my twin grandsons. The kitchen was well equipped but we had multiple issues with things not working. The outlets on either side of the stove, the actual main stove, and then the dishwasher. The maintenance team was very responsive but I felt like a pain having to keep calling them. They also had to come replace an O ring from a leaky toliet.
