At 1200 sq. ft., Mountain Plaza 526 is a spacious condominium, right in the heart of Center Village, that Sleeps 8 people. This unit has the advantage of 2 Master Bedrooms and an additional Bath. One Master Bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds, a Full Size Bath. The second Master Bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a bunk bed plus another full size bath. Within the Living Room, cozy up to the Wood Burning Fireplace, hang out on the heated enclosed balcony, take advantage of the Free WiFi, This unit is about a 200 ft. walk to the new American Eagle Chondola lift in our village and therefore considered "Ski-in/Ski-out." The building offers free WI-FI, heated underground parking, and Community Laundry Facilities. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #STR-25-R-00066
| One parking space per condo available on-site. Overflow parking may be available. Contact the rental management company to request a parking permit for overflow parking. Paid parking lot rates fluctuate through the winter season based on volume and demand. Overflow parking is not guaranteed to be available.

Ski Trip

Perfect size for us. With 7 women it was great having 3 bathrooms. The beds/pillows were comfortable. The condo was very spacious. We loved the roomy kitchen and the sectional sofa. Everything was like new.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are looking at being in the heart of Copper Mt.- this is the place for you. 2 families of 4 stayed in this unit. It was very well layed out and accomodated us all well. The unit was clean, updated and the amenities were great. We were able to walk to the lift, restaurants, etc. all walking distance.

The check-in process was very easy and convenient. Condo was very spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the games provided. Things I was disappointed about is the limited number of bath towels given that I had indicated there would be six of us and only one towel per guest is not adequate. Also, there was no dish cloth for washing counters, dining table and hand washed dishes. The two kitchen towels was not adequate either.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great, beds were comfortable, place was clean so all necessities were met. Board games in room was a plus. Limited cooking supplies but enough to work with to make meals with some adapting. We had to buy an extension cord to be able to watch tv in one of the bedrooms. (No worries we left it there so hopefully next people don't have the same problem). The TV in living room wouldn't work, TV powered on but roku wouldn't work.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely unit and a nice building with a nice location. The views are amazing, the unit is well decorated, and very comfortable. The only complaint we had was the heat wasn’t working well. The unit was quite cold. When I called the property manager they informed me that the unit was notoriously slow for heating up. They also told me there were some space heaters in the bedroom closet, which was helpful for sleeping. With the heaters on for 4 to 5 hours the temperature had only risen 1°. We started a fire with the 6 pieces of wood we were provided. Everything else was great.

Reviewer Comments: Our unit was clean, spacious enough for our family- 4 kids and 2 adults...Loved the board games in the unit to keep our family busy when not on the slopes... the best part was the convenience of the location- walk right out the door and onto the slopes... ski locker storage was awesome and building is connected to TEN MILE TAVERN, which was nice for a meal or two....One negative thing- there were no towels for the hot tub, the hot tub was a bit dirty and we didn’t really want to use our bath towels for the hot tub...We had a great stay- we visit copper every year and would def book this location again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our stay was very good. Can't beat the location - the lifts and restaurants are very close to the building. The unit was fine. It was reasonably clean, and the kitchen had pretty much all of the stuff we needed. The one issue we had was heat. It was pretty cold, and the heating system couldn't seem to get the temperature over 63 degrees. However, there are a couple of space heaters in the unit that really helped.The Copper Vacations guys were very helpful. Check in and out were both very simple, and they were responsive when I let them know about the heat.

Great Ski in/out Condo with Every Amenity

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We only had 4, but this condo sleeps up to 12! It would be a tight fit, but could work. It was VERY clean. We loved that it had 3 full baths. Plus, they had every amenity you could imagine, including great board games. Also, it was a quick walk to the slopes with ski storage on the way. The biggest downside we had was that the beds were fairly hard. We loved that it was at the end of hall facing away from the mountain, so it was usually quiet. The only noise we experienced was from upstairs. They were early risers which we are not. The heater in the family room needs to be repaired. We weren't able to use the outdoor room because it was too cold. Be warned that the washer & dryers are $2 each and require quarters, we struggled to find change and bought detergent in Frisco (they should have it at the market in copper). The HOA really needs to install a change machine & detergent vending. Also, the amenities list a fitness center. There is not one. The only option is the one near Woodward that you have to pay for. One of the huge upsides to this condo is the hot tub. It's large, wasn't busy and has an incredible view. Overall, we loved it and would stay again.
