OUTDOOR SPACE:
- Large, private swimming pool surrounded with loungers.
-The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor covered dining area.
(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge)

LIVING AREA:
- Formal dining room seats up to 8
-Oversized couch with a large smart TV.

KITCHEN: Gorgeous and fully stocked, this chefā€™s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (4)
The Lighthouse sleeps 10 guests in comfortable beds. The 4, large bedrooms all have Smart TV's.
- Pac and Plays and High Chairs on site
- Premium Air mattress available for a $25 delivery fee.

BATHROOMS: (3)
All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

GUEST ACCESS:
- Large front patio with BBQ, table and chairs and chaise lounges.
- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All five (5) of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.
- Weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Thursdays in the morning.

POOL: Pool is heated for a $15 per day service fee. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.

GARBAGE: We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Monday night and Thursday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. The city of Lighthouse Point removes garbage every Tuesday and Friday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: The driveway is located in front of the property and accommodates three (3) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.

PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isnā€™t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

Yes beautiful home with all the amenities. The host was excellent and responsive to answer questions and assist with anything that needed attention. I would love to stay here again. We didn't use the pool due to cold water temperature and weather.

Such an amazing home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and upgraded. 10/10 the nicest home Iā€™ve rented. The host allowed us to check in a couple hours early, which was very nice. We had no issues during our stay. Thanks again for helping make our vacation great.

Great place!

We loved this property and the pool. Only issue we had was the marble floors getting slippery when kids came in from the pool, but we just moved the door mats around. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great time during our 3 week stay. The house was exactly as pictured, inside and outside. The layout was great for our group of extended family/friends. Rooms were spacious, bright and airy. We would definitely recommend to friends.

Amazing Stay

Our stay was absolutely amazing! We have been coming on a yearly trip to Florida for at least 5 years and this property by far has been the nicest. Everything was spacious and clean! We were super happy! The property is also child friendly although we didnā€™t end up having any children with us this time.

Birthday Celebration

This was a vacation for sister's 60th birthday. The house was beautiful and exactly as described. The pool area was very spacious and we enjoyed alot of time out there. Everything we needed was provided, we would definitely spend another vacation there. Plenty of room for our group of seven.

Great place to escape!

This was our first family vacation since losing my 35 y/o daughter to a car wreck 11 months ago. It was my husband and I, our son-in-law, our granddaughter, my son and daughter-in-law and our two grandsons. We were all very anxious about the first trip without our Heather, but she would be proud. Her husband and daughter needed the get-away, as we all did. The house was the perfect size for all of us to be comfortable. It was immaculate, exactly as described, had a great pool and backyard area for us to enjoy and in an absolutely beautiful neighborhood. It allowed us to relax and kind of pause for a bit to just enjoy being together. Couldnā€™t ask for a better location as itā€™s close to anything you might want to do. Perfect place to enjoy being with family. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family og 8 staying here for a 10 days and We had a great time. House is in good condition, great pool area. Great for a family getaway. One thing that could've been better though is the communication and follow up. Had 2 broken sunbeds and were promised new ones, but they never arrived, and the ice machine in the fridge weren't fixed. But other than that everything was great so can really recommend this property if you're staying in Pompano. I will come back myself if im back in the area.

Wonderful property for the whole family!

Our family of 4 adults and 4 children/teens thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lighthouse. The property was well maintained and is located in a quiet neighbor. We enjoyed our morning walks down the residential streets. Many afternoons were spent in the backyard pool, and the nights were spent around the pool table or the backyard patio. The management team was quick to respond and attentive to our requests. The house is conveniently located near the beach, stores, and attractions. We plan to rebook for next year!
