Relax and unwind in our spacious beach oasis

Welcome to Summerhill Beach house, our freshly renovated stylish coastal retreat. Just 900 metres to the beautiful No5 beach, our lovely home has plenty of room for two or more families to enjoy a get away together. Our home has all you need for rest and relaxation. Enjoy sunset drinks on one of our decks as you listen to the sound of the waves and take in the ocean breeze and once the sun sets watch how the stars light up the evening sky....

Inside there are 2 large living areas both equipped with new 65 inch smart TV's. There are also books and a selection of the latest magazines. Downstairs is a bedroom retreat, with a queen size bed, ensuite and another 50inch smart TV. There are split system units in both the living spaces and downstairs bedroom, as well as ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

The study space is built for 2 people and has 2 x widescreen monitors with HDMI cables so you can simply bring your laptop, keyboard and mouse and get connected through our NBN Wifi for those times where you need to catch up on emails between trips to the beach.

In the kitchen you will find an ice and water dispensing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine along with all the usual appliances you would expect to find at home. De Longhi toaster and electric kettle, gas stove top and fan forced oven. You will also find staples including tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper. The dining table comfortably seats 8.

The open plan kitchen and living area is light filled and spills out onto the gorgeous sun soaked timber deck, which is equipped with a Weber BBQ, a large outdoor 8 seater table and exterior lounge. On the second deck which is off the 2nd lounge you will find Cape Cod chairs for reading and lounging in complete privacy. Bed linen and towels are provided. We supply toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap and disinfectant surface spray for use during your stay.

The fully equipped laundry has a washer and dryer and clothes drying racks for beach towels. We have a portacot and highchair also available.

Summerhill beach house is perfect for a staycation, as a work- from-home alternative or for families.

The popular No5 Beach is approximately 900m away. The boat ramp and Doyle's swimming beach are all within very close proximity. Venus Bay is the ultimate tranquil and nature lover's escape and beach getaway. Upon going for your stroll before sunset, you will come across Kangaroos, wombats, echidnas and at times Koala's hiding in the trees...The sunsets at Venus Bay are like nowhere else. A walk along the beach at sundown is mesmerising.
