Welcome to Chilled Vibes at Merricks Beach – Your Coastal Escape in Merricks Beach! You are going to love the vibe of this very chilled out holiday house in stunning Merricks Beach. Just a 400 metre walk to the gorgeous local beach and a short five minute drive to the iconic Merricks General Store and Pt Leo Estate.
Relax and unwind at this laid-back holiday home, just 400 metres from the beautiful, unspoiled shores of Merricks Beach. Nestled in a peaceful coastal pocket, you're only a 5-minute drive from the iconic Merricks General Store and the renowned Pt Leo Estate. With three bedrooms, this inviting retreat comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests (maximum of 6 adults), making it perfect for families or a group of friends chasing those chilled beach vibes.
Set on landscaped gardens there is plenty of space for the kids to explore and play. With wineries, restaurants, Point Leo surf beach and the Balnarring and Flinders shopping villages close by you will have everything at your fingertips.
The large west facing deck beneath a pergola is the perfect spot to spend the day in the sunshine with family and friends making memories; while the interiors with separate living and dining rooms, timber kitchen, main bathroom and open fireplace have a lovely relaxed atmosphere.
Two bedrooms are housed in their own wing with air conditioning, opening to the deck perfect for the kids and their friends, while the main bedroom is privately zoned in the main house. Please note there is no bathroom with these two bedrooms, you need to access the main house for the toilet and bathroom.

Bedroom three with 2 single bunk beds
Fire place to keep you cosy in Winter and a split system air con to the living area and the external bedrooms will be sure to keep you comfortable all year round.
TV with Foxtel, Stan, Netflix and Apple TV
Wifi and full linen provided. Laundry with washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee plunger.
This house is set up for family groups with a mix of adults and children. A maximum of 6 adults can stay, 8 guests are allowed when its a mix of adults and children under the age of 16 years.
Sorry we don't have a dishwasher.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.

Well behaved pet welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done. Limited fencing at this property.
