The Manor 10/10

I booked The Manor for a special long weekend with family and couldnt have asked for a better place to stay! The Manor has the perfect layout for hosting a large group, there is plenty of seating together, and plenty of seating separate if you want some space. The decor and amenities are wonderful as well. During my stay, we unfortunately didnt have the best weather, that being said we still had a great time at The Manor, and can only imagine how much more wonderful it is with nice weather. I couldnt recommend The Manor more and hope to return. Thanks for a great stay!

For 35,000 a week I expected at least a hotel grade mattress, instead of a piece of foam. House was very nice everything was good except for the very cheap foam mattress, we all had backache.

This House was fantastic for a our friends weekend get away. Tara at StayMarquis was incredibly welcoming and helpful, the space was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect to walk in to town. The property itself was beautifully decorated and cozy. We would definitely stay here again. Can wait to book another stay with StayMarquis.

The host company was very responsive and the house was in a good location - close to down town and not far from the beach. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen was nice, as well, but a bit small for the property. Everything inside the house was clean and tidy.

Amazing Property! Even better location

I was so impressed with my stay at The Manor.... I could go on and on about the amenities (especially the master bathroom steam shower) but what I really valued was just how close it was to downtown. I was able to walk down there in almost no time at all which was nice for me and my family.

Great deal for a great house. Every bedroom has its own en suite bathroom which made it ideal for a bachelorette where a lot of getting ready was to be done. Easy access via code, gorgeous, spacious backyard with lovely pool, and close to the train station and town!

Southampton Charmer

My party of 13 family members had a wonderful two-night stay here. The large tv room and dining table had adequate seating for us. The pool area was fabulous. The home is located near the village of Southampton and several guests enjoyed walking there for lunch. We had a housekeeping problem when we first arrived but it was thankfully resolved quickly. Overall its a lovely home, great location and we had a wonderful time.

We loved our stay at The Manor. I went for a girls weekend with 9 other friends and we had a wonderful time staying here. The house was perfect for a fall weekend getaway. Amazing location in Southampton, close to all the restaurants and shopping, can definitely walk there and only a short drive. Also super close to the train station for anyone coming in from the city. The house was equipped with everything we needed for the weekend from plates, glassware, kitchen tools, etc. to towels, shower essentials, and more. The dcor and design of this house was breath taking, everyone raved about it and the outside area was stunning. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We loved our stay here for a girl's trip. It was the perfect house for hanging out as a group - great couch space, nice big dining table, and a beautiful backyard where we had breakfast every morning. Kitchen is big and makes it easy to cook for a larger group. We even took out the bikes for a beautiful ride around Southampton one morning. The location is also excellent and folks were able to walk to and from the train station and dinner. Host was extremely responsive throughout our stay and checking in and out was easy. The house is gorgeous, but it is showing it's age around the edges. Overall, definitely not a deal breaker and we would absolutely come back!

Great location but worn house

The house is in a great location but was definitely showing some wear and tear. Things like the pool having damage around the sides, a lot of dishes/cutlery missing, broken glass from prior guests behind chairs, etc. The house could use a walk through with a handyman to fix the issues popping up with fixtures and finishes and a restock on household basics.

This house & property were beautiful! We enjoyed such a wonderful and comfortable stay at the Manor. Communication with the host was great - extremely responsive, transparent, and helpful. The location is amazing. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, which is a huge plus. The house itself is so stunning and feels like an oasis. The yard & pool area is perfect for enjoying long days outside in the sun. Loved this trip so very much and would love to come back!!
